ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամը և «ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿ»-ը կհամագործակցեն վարկերի սուբսիդավորման ծրագրի շրջանակում

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Գեղամ Գևորգյանը և «ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿ»-ի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Նորիկ Նազարյանն այսօր ստորագրել են հուշագիր«Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին տրամադրվող վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների սուբսիդավորման ծրագրի» շրջանակներում համագործակցության վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Սուբսիդավորվող վարկերի տրամադրման նպատակով հիմնադրամի կողմից տնտեսվարողների համար կազմակերպվում են դասընթացներ և տրամադրվում են հավաստագրեր:
«Հուշագրով «ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ ԲԱՆԿ»-ը կաջակցի Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամին ֆինանսական գրագիտության դասընթացների կազմակերպման հարցում, այսինքն` մենք կունենանք ֆինանսական առումով ավելի գրագետ ֆերմերներ, ինչը կարևոր է և' մեզ, և' ֆինանսական կառույցների համար», - նշել է ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Գեղամ Գևորգյանը:
Նա նաև նշել է, որ ծրագրի շրջանակում տնտեսավարողների ուսուցումն իրականացվում է Հիմնադրամի մարզային կառույցներում, դասընթացը տևում է մինչև 5 օր, ծրագրին մասնակցելու համար արդեն դիմել է 6 հազար հայտատու:
«Այս տարի հիմնադրամի հետ համագործակցությամբ գյուղատնտեսական վարկերի սուբսիդավորման ծրագրի շրջանակում արդեն իսկ ֆինանսական գրագիտության բարձրացմանն ուղղված դասընթացների շրջանակում վերապատրաստել ենք շուրջ 1300 ֆերմերների։ Փորձելու ենք ծրագրին մասնակցող տնտեսվարողներին սովորեցնել ավելի ճիշտ կառավարել իրենց դրամական հոսքերը և ավելի արդյունավետ զբաղվել գյուղատնտեսությամբ», - իր հերթին նշել է Նորիկ Նազարյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ գյուղվարկերի տոկոսադրույքների սուբսիդավորման ծրագրով շահառուներին տրամադրվում են 3-10 մլն դրամ գումարի չափով, տարեկան 5% տոկոսադրույքով վարկեր, սոցիալական աջակցություն ստացող սահմանամերձ համայնքների և գյուղատնտեսական կոոպերատիվների համար տոկոսադրույքը կազմում է 3%: Պոտենցիալ շահառուները ծրագրից օգտվելու համար պետք է պարտադիր ուսուցում անցնեն Գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման հիմնադրամի մարզային կառույցներում և ստանան հավաստագիր, ինչն էլ իրավունք կտա դիմել ֆինանսական կառույցներին:
