Սեյրան Օհանյանը հետևել է բազմաստիճան հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժության ընթացքին

Բազմաստիճան հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժության ստուգատեսի մեկնարկի կապակցությամբ մայիսի 30-ին 5-րդ բանակային զորամիավորում է այցելել պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Պաշտպանական գերատեսչության ղեկավարին ուղեկցում էին ԶՈՒ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Լյովա Մնացականյանը, ՊՆ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Գառնիկ Հայրապետյանը և այլ բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, այցի նպատակն էր ունկնդրել ստուգատեսի մեջ ներգրավված անձնակազմի՝ մարտական պատրաստականության աստիճանների բերման, ժամանակակից համազորային մարտ իրականացնելիս զինծառայողների՝ ըստ կենտրոնացման շրջանների ծավալման, ինչպես նաև մարտական իրադրության զարգացման պայմաններում հրամանատարների, շտաբների և զորավարժությանը ներգրավված ամբողջ անձնակազմի առջև դրված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ զեկո ւյցները:
Լսելով զինանձնակազմի՝ մարտական պատրաստականության աստիճանների բերման, հակառակորդի խոցման, պաշտպանական, հարձակողական և հակահարձակողական գործողությունների ժամանակ զորամիավորման պատրաստվածության մասին գեներալ-մայոր Իշխան Մաթևոսյանի զեկույցը՝ նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը առաջադրված խնդիրների վերաբերյալ կատարեց որոշակի ճշտումներ, տվեց մի շարք հանձնարարականներ:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բազմաստիճան հրամանատարաշտաբային զորավարժության նպատակն է կատարելագործել զորամիավորումների, հրամանատարների և շտաբների գործնական ունակությունները ստորաբաժանումները մարտական պատրաստականության աստիճանի բերելիս, մարտական գործողություններ կատարելիս և համակողմանի ապահովումներ կազմակերպելիս, ինչպես նաև բարձրացնել ստորաբաժանումների միջև ներդաշնակումը, փոխգործակցության մակարդակը, անձնակազմի բարոյահոգեբանական հատկանիշներն ու դաշտային վարժվածության մակարդակը:
