Վարչապետը հանձնարարեց հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել «Օրենսդրության կարգավորման ազգային հիմնադրամ»-ին

Կառավարության նիստում վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի կարգավորման ազդեցության գնահատման վերաբերյալ հանձնարարական տվեց՝ հիշեցնելով, որ 2016 թվականի մարտ ամսին կառավարության կողմից հիմնադրվել է «Օրենսդրության կարգավորման ազգային հիմնադրամ»: Կարեն Կարապետյանն ընդգծեց, որ իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում արձանագրվել են դեպքեր, երբ առանց հստակ պատճառաբանություններ ներկայացնելու հիմնադրամի կողմից տրամադրված առաջարկությունները չեն ընդունվել: Վարչապետը հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարեց գործնականում ապահովել իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի վերաբերյալ կարգավորման ազդեցության արդյունքում ներկայացված առաջարկությունների լիարժեք ուսումնասիրումը և վերլուծումը, իսկ դրանք մերժելու դեպքում՝ ներկայացնել հստակ հիմնավորումներ: Գործադիրի ղեկավարը հանձնարարեց մեկամսյա ժամկետում ամփոփել և կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել «Օրենսդրության կարգավորման ազգային կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի 2018 թվականի տարեկան գործողությունների շրջանակում կարգավորման ազդեցության ենթակա իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն՝ հաշվի առնելով կառավարության կողմից հաստատված միջոցառումները և գերակա խնդիրները:
«Հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձրեք սրան, ինձ մոտ այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ մեկ-մեկ այս հիմնադրամը ինքն է որոշում՝ չունենալով պատվերներ: Քանի որ պատվիրատուն մենք ենք, ստեղծել ենք մի օղակ, որը պետք է բոլոր այդ ռիսկերը գնահատի, համապատասխան վերլուծություն տա և մենք որոշենք՝ ճիշտ ուղղությամբ ենք, թե ոչ», - «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց նա:
