Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացումը կսուբսիդավորվի մինչ 2016 թ-ի հուլիսի 31-ը

ՀՀ կառավարությունը և «Տաշիր» բարեգործական հիմնադրամն էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի 6,93 դրամ բարձրացումը կսուբսիդավորեն մինչև 2016 թվականի հուլիսի 31-ը:

Այդ մասին որոշման նախագիծն ընդգրկված է ՀՀ կառավարության հոկտեմբերի 29-ի նիստի օրակարգում:

Գործադիրն իր 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 31-ի և 2014 թ.-ի  դեկտեմբերի 18-ի որոշումներում կկատարի փոփոխություններ: Մասնավորապես, որոշման նախաբանում «մինչև էներգետիկայի բնագավառում կարգավորման խորհրդատվական ծառայության արդյունքների ստացումը» բառերը կփոխարինվեն «մինչև 2016թ. հուլիսի 31-ը ներառյալ ընկած ժամանակահատվածի համար» բառերով, ինչը նշանակում է, որ սուբսիդիաները վճարվելու են մինչև 2016թ. հուլիսի 31-ը: Միաժամանակ, մեկ այլ փոփոխությամբ` սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչ-բաժանորդների համար 2015 թ.-ի հոկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 2016-ի հուլիսի 31-ը ներառյալ ընկած ժամանակահատվածի համար 6,93 դրամ/կՎտժ նվազեցումը կկիրառվի ամսական մինչև 250 կՎտժ սպառում ունեցող բնակիչ-բաժանորդների համար:

Սույն որոշման նախագծով` ՀՀ կառավարությունը և «Տաշիր»-ը (յուրաքանչյուրը հավասար չափով) 2015-ի հոկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 2016թ. հուլիսի 31-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում սպառած էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց՝ ամսական մինչև 250 կՎտժ սպառում ունեցող բնակիչ սպառողների ու 0.38 կՎ և ցածր լարմամբ սնվող՝ սպառման յուրաքանչյուր առանձին համակարգում (էլեկտրական էներգիայի մատակարարման յուրաքանչյուր առանձին պայմանագրով) ամսական մինչև 500 կՎտժ էլեկտրական էներգիայի սպառում ունեցող  այլ սպառողների (ամսական մինչև 250 կՎտժ էլեկտրական էներգիայի սպառման մասով) օգտին « Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ին կփոխհատուցեն Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի կողմից հաստատված նոր և նախորդ սակագների տարբերությունը (6,93 դրամ/կՎտժ):

Որոշման նախագծով ամսական 250 կՎտժ-ից ավել սպառում ունեցող սպառողների համար փոխհատուցում չի նախատեսվում:
