ՀՀ բնապահպանական եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը ճանաչողական հանդիպում ունեցավ Գեղարքունիքում

Ճանաչողական այցով Գեղարքունիքի մարզում էր գտնվում ՀՀ բնապահպանական եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Եղիշ Տերտերյանը, ով Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանում հրավիրված խորհրդակցության ժամանակ հանդիպում ունեցավ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության եւ բնապահպանության վարչության ղեկավար կազմի, մարզի իրավապահ համակարգի ներկայացուցիչների եւ հանքարդյունահանմամբ զբաղվող առանձին տնտեսավարողների հետ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ բացելով խորհրդակցությունը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը նշեց, որ հանդիպման հիմնական առանցքն ու նպատակը նորաստեղծ տեսչական պետական մարմնի հետ արդյունավետ փոխհամագործակցության հաստատումն է եւ բնապահպանական ու ընդերքի օգտագործման ոլորտներում ծագած խնդիրների կարգավորումը:
«Մեր կառույցը վերակազմավորվել է երկու տեսչությունների միավորումից եւ ունի ընդամենը երկու-երեք ամսվա պատմություն: Մենք անչափ կարեւորում ենք համագործակցությունը ինչպես մարզպետարանների, մարզի ուժային կառույցների, այնպես էլ տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների եւ տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների հետ եւ պատրաստ ենք ցանկացած ծագած խնդիր քննարկելու եւ համատեղ ուժերով լուծումներ գտնելու: Շատ օպերատիվ եւ հասանելի ենք լինելու բոլորի համար: Կարծում եմ, որ կհաջողվի համագործակցված աշխատանքի արդյունքում գրանցել հաջողություններ եւ մեր վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող ոլորտներում բացառել անօրինականությունները»,-
Գեղարքունիքի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալ, դատախազի պաշտոնակատար Վարդան Լազարյանը բարձրացրեց «Սեւան» ազգային պարկի տարածքում կատարված ապօրինի ծառահատումների եւ ձկնորսության դեպքերի քննության հստակեցման եւ կանխարգելման հարցը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ համագործակցության արդյունքում օրինախախտները չեն կարողանա գտնել օրինախախտման սողանցքներ կամ ճանապարհներ: «Սյուզի-Հրաչյա» եւ «Քալոյան» ՍՊԸ տնօրեններն էլ իրենց հերթին խնդրեցին աջակցել հանքարդյունահանման լիցենզիա տրամադրելու հարցում, որը պատկան մարմինն ուշացնում է անհասկանալի պատճառներով:
«Մենք հասանելի կլինենք բոլորի համար, կաջակցենք բոլոր տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտներին, որպեսզի նրանք գործեն միայն եւ միայն օրինականության դաշտում: Բնական է, որ առավել աջակցություն կստանան նրանք, ովքեր կուզենան մտնել այդ դաշտ»,-հավաստեց բնապահպանության եւ ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը՝ շեշտելով, որ նման հանդիպումներ ինքը մարզերում ու համայնքներում հաճախակի կունենա:
