Արցախի նախագահը Ֆրանսիայում «Երախտագիտություն» մեդալ է հանձնել Վիլյորբանի քաղաքապետին

Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը նոյեմբերի 21-ին այցելել է Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության Վիլյորբան քաղաք եւ մասնակցել «Ֆրանսիայում Արցախի օրերի» մեկնարկին նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառմանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության գլխավոր վարչությունից:
Իր խոսքում Նախագահ Սահակյանը նշել է, որ Ֆրանսիան մեզ համար բարեկամ երկիր է, Ֆրանսիայի ժողովուրդը՝ եղբայրական ժողովուրդ՝ հավելելով, որ նման ընկալումը գալիս է դարերի խորքից եւ ապացուցվում է կոնկրետ օրինակներով:
«Ֆրանսիան դարձավ հարյուր հազարավոր հայերի երկրորդ հայրենիքը, որտեղ ստեղծվեցին նպաստավոր պայմաններ նրանց ինքնադրսեւորվելու, ազատ ու բարեկեցիկ կյանքով ապրելու համար: Եվ պատահական չէ, որ Ֆրանսիայի հայերը տվել են տարբեր բնագավառներ ներկայացնող աշխարհահռչակ մարդկանց մի ողջ համաստեղություն, ովքեր հարստացրել են ոչ միայն հայկական, այլ նաեւ ֆրանսիական ու համաշխարհային մշակույթը, գիտությունը, սպորտը եւ այլ ասպարեզներ»,- ընդգծել է իր ելույթում Արցախի Հանրապետության Նախագահը:
Նախագահը խորհրդանշական է համարել «Արցախի օրերի» պաշտոնական բացումը Վիլյորբանում, որն ունի մեծ հայ համայնք եւ ամուր կապեր Արցախի հետ:
Բակո Սահակյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Արցախին նվիրված ցուցահանդեսի լուսանկարների հեղինակին եւ կազմակերպիչներին՝ մեր երկիրը յուրովի ներկայացնելու համար, հավելելով որ աշխատանքը կատարված է այնպիսի բարձր մակարդակով, որ անծանոթ մարդուն հնարավորություն է տալիս ծանոթանալու Արցախին, մեր բնությանը, պատմությանը, մշակույթին, մարդկանց ու նրանց ներաշխարհին՝ ցանկություն եւ հետաքրքրություն առաջացնելով անպայման այցելելու մեր հանրապետություն:
Միջոցառման ժամանակ Նախագահ Սահակյանը «Երախտագիտություն» մեդալ է հանձնել Վիլյորբանի քաղաքապետ Ժան Պոլ Բրետին եւ շնորհակալություն հայտնել նրան ու քաղաքապետարանի ողջ անձնակազմին իրենց կատարած աշխատանքի համար, ինչը կարեւոր է քաղաքական, բարոյական, իրավական, մշակութային, մարդասիրական եւ այլ տեսանկյուններից:
Երկրի ղեկավարը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ երկկողմ հարաբերություները ժամանակի ընթացքում միմիայն կամրապնդվեն, կընդլայնվեն ու կխորանան:
