Մեծ Բրիտանիայում դատապարտյալը խցակցի մեջ ճանաչել է տղամարդուն, որը բռնաբարել է իրեն 34 տարի առաջ

Անգլիայի Մանչեստր քաղաքի բնակիչը դատապարտվել է բռնաբարության համար, որը նա գործել է ավելի քան 30 տարի առաջ: Հատկանշական է, որ տղամարդը բանտարկվել է իր կնոջ վրա հարձակցելու համար, և նույն խցում եղել է իր նախկին զոհը: Այս մասին հայտնում է The Daily Mail-ը:
Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ 1981 թվականին 15-ամյա Գերի Մոթերհեդը գումարներ է վաստակել՝ հոգ տանելով հարևան երեխաների մասին: Մի անգամ նրան հրավիրել են խնամելու վեց տարեկան տղայի, որի ծնողները ստիպված են եղել բացակայել տնից: Գերին աշխատանքի է եկել, հյուրասիրել երեխային և ստիպել նրան սեռական կապի մեջ մտնել իր հետ: Մինչև 1983 թվականը նա մի քանի անգամ եկել է երեխային «խնամելու» համար: Մոթերհեդը շանտաժի է ենթարկել երեխային՝ սպառնալով բռնաբարել նրա ավագ քրոջը, եթե նա որևէ մեկին պատմի իրենց «փոքր գաղտնիքի» մասին:
Նշվում է, որ սկզբում խցակիցն ուշադրություն չ իդարձրել Գերիի վրա, սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց սկսել է ճանաչել մարդուն, որը մանկության տարիներին բռնաբարել է իրեն: Տղամարդը պատմել է իր կասկածների մասին պահակներին, և իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցները հետաքրքրվել են գործով:
Արդյունքում Մոթերհեդը դատապարտվել է վեց տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման: Դատարանը վճիռ է կայացրել, որ հանցագործության կատարման պահին նա անչափահաս է եղել, ինչպես նաև փաստը, որ հաջորդ տարիների ընթացքում նա ներգրավված չի եղել սեռական բնույթի հանցագործություններում:
Տուժածը պատմել է, որ այդպես էլ չի կարողացել վերականգնվել տեղի ունեցածից հետո և արդեն պատանեկության տարիներին սկսել է ալկոհոլ ու թմրանյութեր օգտագործել և կապվել է հանցագործների հետ: Տեղի ունեցածի մասին նա պատմել է ընտանիքին 2001 թվականին, սակայն պահանջել է նրանցից լուռ մնալ:
«Աբողջ կյանքս ապրել եմ այս գաղտնիքի հետ: Բանտը վերջին տեղն էր, որում սպասում էի քեզ տեսնել», - դատարանի դահլիճում Մոթերհեդին դիմել է տուժածը:
