Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նոյեմբերի 21-ին Հայաստանի ազգային պատկերասրահում ողջույնի ուղերձ է հղել «Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան. բարեկամություն՝ կոփված դարերով» ցուցահանդեսի մասնակիցներին և հյուրերին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից: Ներկայացնում ենք ուղերձն ամբողջությամբ.
«Հարգելի՛ բարեկամներ,
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակին նվիրված արխիվային նյութերի ցուցադրության խորագիրն արտահայտում է մեր երկու երկրների ռազմավարական գործընկերության իրական բնույթը: Անցած քառորդ դարի ընթացքում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները բարձրացվել են ամենաբարձր մակարդակի՝ ներառելով միջպետական համագործակցության բոլոր ոլորտները: Ձևավորվել է պատկառելի իրավապայմանագրային բազա: Դրա հիմքում ընկած են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև Բարեկամության, համագործակցության և փոխադարձ օգնության մասին պայմանագիրը, որի ստորագրման 20-ամյակը մենք նշեցինք ընթացիկ տարվա օգոստոսին, և 21-րդ դար ուղղված դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության մասին հռչակագիրը:
Հայ-ռուսական ռազմավարական համագործակցությունն առանձնանում է բարձր վստահության քաղաքական երկխոսությամբ: Շահագրգիռ կերպով զարգացնում ենք արտաքին քաղաքական կոորդինացումը միջազգային հարթակում՝ բազմակողմ միավորումների շրջանակներում: Համատեղ ջանքերով ամրապնդում ենք հաջող գործընկերությունը պաշտպանական և ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտներում, զարգացնում ենք արդյունավետ համագործակցություն առևտրատնտեսական, էներգետիկ, տրանսպորտի ոլորտներում: Տարեցտարի ամրապնդվում և խորանում են միջտարածաշրջանային կապերը, ընդլայնվում է փոխգործակցությունը մշակույթի, գիտության և կրթության ոլորտներում:
Կարևոր է, որ այսօր հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության մեջ ներգրավված են միլիոնավոր մարդիկ, գործարար ու գիտական համայնքներ, երիտասարդական և հասարակական կառույցներ: Դա նոր հնարավորություններ ու հեռանկարներ է բացում, տրամադրում է դաշնակցային փոխգործակցության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ հետագա աշխատանքի՝ ի բարօրություն երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների, ի շահ Հարավային Կովկասում անվտանգության և կայունության ապահովման:
Կցանկանայի շնորհակալություն հայտնել բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր իրենց ներդրումն են ունեցել այս հարուստ և հետաքրքիր ցուցադրության կազմակերպման գործում»:
