Հայաստանում լրատվամիջոցները գործում են մենաշնորհային դաշտում եւ կարելի է ընդամենը մի քանի լրատվամիջոցներ առանձնացնել, որոնք չեն վերահսկվում իշխանության կողմից: Մասնավորապես, Բաղրամյան 26-ից:

Այս կերպ գործող իշխանությունը ցանկանում է հանրությանը մատուցել այն, ինչ իրեն է ձեռնտու: Բնական է, որ, եթե իշխանական հեռուստաալիքներով, էլեկտրոնային եւ տպագրի մամուլով իշխանամետ դիրքորշումն է «տիրաժավորվում», այն ինչ-որ չափով մտնում է լսարանի գիտակցության մեջ, դառնալով «ճշգրիտ» իրականություն:

Վերջին տարիներին էլ իշխանության կերակրատաշտակից օգտվում են «ըննդիմադիր» լրատվամիջոցները, որոնց խմբագիրները, մեկնաբաններն ու վերլուծաբանները «հակաիշխանանական» լալահառաչ հրապարակումներով են հանդես գալիս, բայց իրականում հրապարակման ենթատեքստը հենց իշխանության ջրաղացին ջուր լցնելն է:

Վերջերս էլ իշխանությանը եւ իշխանական լրատվամիջոցներին մոտ կանգնած՝ «Հայկական ժամանակի» տարբեր աղբյուրներ տեղեկություններ են փոխանցում այն մասին,  որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը հասարակական կարծիք ձեւավորելու նոր մեխանիզմ է կիրառության մեջ դրել: Մասնավորապես տեղեկացանք, որ իշխանության կերակրատաշտակից օգտվող եւ իրեն առաջատար լրատվական գործակալություն համարող կայքերից մեկին հրահանգվել է «ռասկրուտկա» անել Հայաստանի 6-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետական» խմբակցության որոշ պատգամավորների:

Խոսքը ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ, ԱԺ արտաքին հրաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի, ԱԺ ՀՀԿ-ական փոխնախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի, արդարադատության նախկին նախարար, ԱԺ-ի պետաիրավական եւ մարդու իրավունքների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանի, նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանի, Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախկին մամուլի խոսնակ Արման Սաղաթելյանի եւ  ՀՀԿ պատգամավոր Միհրան Հակոբյանի մասին է:  

Իշխանության գործիք այս լրատվամիջոցին, որի անունը չենք հրապարակում խմբագրակազմին անհարմար դրության մեջ չդնելու համար, վերջեւից հստակ ասվել է, որ պետք է նշյալ պատգամավորներից ամեն առիթով հարցազրույց վերցնել, նրանց կարծիքը «տիրաժավորել», հալել, ձուլել եւ լցնել ժողովրդի ականջները: Վերջնական նպատակն այն է, որ այս անձիք ընկալվեն որպես ոլորտի փորձագետներ, սպասարկեն նաեւ ամբողջ լրատվական դաշտին, տպավորություն ստեղծվի, որ նրանք իրավիճակը գնահատում եւ մեկնաբանում են ինչպես պրոֆեսիոնալներ, բայց իրականում պետք է ասեն այն, ինչ իշխանական օրակարգն է թելադրում: 

Թեեւ լրատվական անցուդարձին ակտիվ հետեւողների աչքից պետք է որ այս հանգամանքը վրիպած չլիներ:
