VIDEOԱզգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է կառավարության հրավիրած արտահերթ նստաշրջանի երրորդ նիստը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ գրանցվել է 105 պատգամավոր: Նիստի մեկնարկին նախ քվեարկության կդրվեն նախորդ օրը քննարկված հարցերը:
Հունիսի 17-ի նիստում խորհրդարանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկել է կառավարության հեղինակած «ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություն և լրացում կատարելու մասին» և կից օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը, որը նպատակ ունի արբիտրաժային մեծ փորձ և մշակույթ չունեցող երկրների համար արբիտրաժը խթանելուն ուղղված շարունակական և համակարգված քայլեր ձեռնարկել:
Առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» և մի շարք այլ օրենքներում փոփոխություններ նախատեսող նախագծերի փաթեթը: Փաթեթով առաջարկվում է ներդնել նոր՝ «կառուցվող շենքից անշարժ գույք գնելու իրավունքը» և նախատեսվելու են այդ իրավունքի իրացման մեխանիզմները:
ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ներկայացրել է «Ավիացիայի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին» օրինագիծը: Առաջարկվում է ՀՀ քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի ոլորտը կարգավորող հիմնական իրավական ակտում կատարել համապատասխան փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ, որոնց արդյունքում ոլորտը կարգավորող լիազորված մարմինների միջև կիրականացվի գործառույթների հստակ տարանջատում:
Պատգամավորներն այնուհետև առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկել են «Արտոնագրային վճարների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը, որով նշված տնտեսվարողների համար առաջարկվում է սահմանել արտոնագրային վճար, որի չափը գործող 1-ից 5 տոկոս շրջանառության հարկը կնվազի ընդհուպ մինչև 0,36 տոկոս, կազմելով ամսական առավելագույնը 35 հազար դրամ:
ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Արտեմ Ասատրյանը քննարկման է ներկայացրել «ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:
Առաջին ընթերցմամբ քննարկվել է նաև «Զբաղվածության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ և լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:
