Ռուսական «զվեզդան» ու ՀՀԿ արծիվը

Ռուսական Զվեզդա հեռուստաալիքը, որը ներկայացնում է այդ երկրի զինված ուժերը, իր հաղորդումներից մեկի ժամանակ անդրադարձել էր ՀՀ-ԵՄ շրջանակային համաձայնագրի սպասվող ստորագրմանը: Ռուսական որոշ շրջանակներ ցավոտ են տանում այդ ստորագրում և ամեն կերպ փորձում են խոսել այդ մասին, խոսել այնպես, որ Հայաստանը դիտարկվի որպես երկիր, որ ուրանում է ռուսների հետ եղբայրությունը:
Այս անգամ, սակայն, Հայաստանի հանդեպ քննադատությունը հասել է ՀՀԿ-ին, ավելի շուտ ՀՀԿ գերբին ՝ արծվին: Հաղորդման հաղորդավարուհու կարծիքով, պատահական չէ, որ իրեն հանդիպած հայերը պնդում են, որ արիացի են, իսկ արիացիների երկրի իշխող ուժի գերբը շատ նման է նացիստական գերբին:
Այն, որ ՀՀԿ-ն պաշտոնապես ցեղակրոն է, դա մենք գիտեինք: Գիտենք նաև, որ ցեղակրոնույան կնքահայր Նժդեհը կոշտ է եղել բոլշևիկների հետ, միաժամանակ որոշակի դիվանագիտական կապեր ունեցել Նացիստական Գերմանիայի հետ: Բայց նաև գիտենք, որ ՀՀԿ-ն միայն պաշտոնապես է ցեղակրոն, կանոնադրության մեկ կետով և մեկ-երկու ավագ սերնդի հանրապետականներով, որոնք բացի ՀՀԿ գործադիր մարմնում սիմվոլիկ ներկայությունից, ոչ մի ազդեցություն չունեն: ՀՀԿ-ն պարզապես իշխողների հավաքատեղի է, վայր որտեղ հավաքված են տնտեսական ու քաղաքական կապիտալ ունեցողները, մոտավորապես այնպես, ինչպես օրինակ Եդինայա Ռոսիան: Մի տարբերությամբ ՝ ներկայիս ՀՀԿ-ն պարզապես ձևավորվել է նախկին, քիչ թե շատ գաղափարական ՀՀԿ փլատակների վրա:
Եթե ռուսները սա գիտեն, բայց ամեն դեպքում խոսում են բացառապես ՀՀԿ սիմվոլիկ պատկերից, ուրեմն նրանց նպատակը բացառապես քարոզչական է: Եթե չգիտեն ու չեն էլ ուզում իմանալ, ուրեմն կրկին բացառապես քարոզչական նպատակ են հետապնդում ՝ առանց փորձելու խորանալ ու հասկանալ իրական պատկերը այն թիրախի, որը որոշել են քննադատել:
