Գերմանիան կփորձի նպաստել ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորմանը` ստանձնելով ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը

Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի դաշնային նախարարության Արեւելյան Եվրոպայի, Հարավային Կովկասի եւ կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի երկրների հարցերով հատուկ հանձակատար Անդրեաս Պեշկեն Երեւանում եւ Բաքվում մտադիր է քննարկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցը եւ հասկանալ, թե որոնք են կոնֆլիկտի լուծման տարբերակները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան Պեշկեն ասաց, որ հակամարտությունը շատ բարդ է եւ ունի երկար պատմություն:
«Իհարկե որքան էլ այլ երկրներ հետաքրքրված լինեն հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ, առաջնային հետաքրքրություն պետք է ցուցաբերեն Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը: Նրանք պետք է գան համաձայնության: Մենք շատ մտահոգված ենք հակամարտության գոտում լարվածության մեծացման առնչությամբ, ինչը մարդկային կյանքեր է խլում երկու կողմից էլ: Մենք կոչ ենք անում բոլոր կողմերին անել հնարավորը` միմյանց վստահելու եւ լարվածությունից խուսափելու համար»,- ասաց Պեշկեն` հավելելով, որ Գերմանիան ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի անդամ է եւ հաջորդ տարի ստանձնելով ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը ջանքեր գործադրի հակամարտության կարգավորման համար: «Դա իհարկե կլինի շատ բարդ, գուցե հարցի կարգավորումը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում չլուծվի, բայց գուցե կարողանանք լուրջ զարգացումներ ունենալ այդ առնչությամբ»,-ասաց Պեշկեն:
