ANALYSISՎանաձորի ավագանու որոշումները անվավեր ճանաչելուց հետո, ՍԴ-ն փաստացի պատային վիճակ ստեղծեց ՀՀԿ համար Վանաձորում: Սակայն, ինչպես տեսանք, կար պահեստային տարբերակ ՝ խաղի մեջ մտավ ՀՎԿ-ն՝ նախկին ՕԵԿ-ը: Արդյունքում Ակա մականունով հայտնի Արկադի Փելեշյանը դարձավ Վանաձորի փոխքաղաքապետ: Եվ այսուհետ ավագանու նիստերը երրորդ քաղաքում կլինեն վավեր:
Իհարկե, ԵԼՔ-ը դեռ կարող է նախորդ անավեր նիստերի որոշումները չեղարկելու ուղղությամբ ջանքեր ներդնել ու ինչ-որ սիմվոլիկ հաջողությունների հասնել, բայց քաղաքական իրավիճակ փոխել չի ստացվի այլևս:
Փաստացի, սակարկման փայլուն օրինակ ցույց տվեց նաև ՀՎԿ-ն, ով արտաքուստ բոյկոտելով Վանաձորի ավագանու նիստերը, ըստ էության համաձայնեց լեգիտիմացնել Մամիկոն Ասլանյանին այն պահին, երբ դրա կարիքը Ասլանյանն ու ՀՀԿ-ն ամենաշատն ունեին: Բնականաբար միայն Փելեշյանի փոխքաղաքապետությամբ ՀՀԿ-ն ՀՎԿ լավության տակից դուրս չի գա: Չի բացառվում առաջիկայում Արթուր Բաղդասարյանին կրկին ինչ-որ պաշտոնում տեսնենք:
