Միջազգային զարգացման ՕՊԵԿ հիմնադրամի օժանդակությամբ ՀՀ-ում կիրականացեն ՓՄՁ- ների զարգացման ծրագրեր

ՀՀ կառավարությունը կքննարկի Միջազգային զարգացման ՕՊԵԿ հիմնադրամի հետ 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 3-ին ստորագրված «Ենթակառուցվածքների և գյուղական ֆինանսավորման աջակցություն» ծրագրի ֆինանսավորման համաձայնագրին հավանություն տալու մասին հարցը:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այն ընդգրկված է գործադիրի հոկտեմբերի 29-ի նիստի օրակարգում:  

Ծրագրի նպատակն է բարելավել բնակչության տնտեսական և սոցիալական կարգավիճակը` ստեղծելով եկամտի աճի և զբաղվածության կայուն հնարավորություններ: Ծրագիրը բաղկացած է լինելու երեք բաղադրիչից` գյուղական ենթակառուցվածքներ, Ֆերմերների իրազեկում և աջակցություն, ծրագրի կառավարում:

Մասնավորապես, ծրագիրը ԳՖԿ-ի միջոցով մասնակից ֆինանսական հաստատություններին կտրամադրի ֆինանսական միջոցներ, որոնք վարկերի տեսքով կուղղվեն փոքր տնտեսություն վարողներին, ինչպես նաև փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկություններին՝ իրենց գործունեության բարելավման և եկամուտների ավելացման նպատակով: Բացի այդ, ՖՐԵԴԱ-ի միջոցով՝ ներդրումների և փոխառությունների, ինչպես նաև տարբեր տեսակի կառավարման և տեխնիկական աջակցության տեսքով աջակցություն կտրամադրվի աղքատ գյուղական արտադրողների հետ ամուր կապեր ունեցող գյուղատնտեսական արժեշղթայի շրջանակներում գործող փոքր և միջին մասնավոր ընկերություններին:

Միաժամանակ, ծրագրով նախատեսվում է բարելավել ջրամատակարարման և ոռոգման համակարգերը հանրապետության 7 մարզերի՝ Շիրակ, Լոռի, Տավուշ, Գեղարքունիք, Վայոց Ձոր, Սյունիք և Արագածոտն գյուղական համայնքներում, առաջնահերթություն տալով աղքատության ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշ ունեցող տարածքներին:

Նախատեսվում է ֆերմերներին տրամադրել նաև ուսուցում, գործարար և ֆինանսական պլանավորման, գյուղատնտեսական առաջավոր փորձի և տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման նպատակով։ Բացի դրանից կտրամադրվեն փոքր դրամաշնորհներ  կանանց՝  տնամերձ հողատարածքներում «դեմո» ծրագրեր իրականացնելու նպատակով, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն ընտանիքի սննդապահովածության և բազամաանության ապահովմանը։
