Երբ ուշադրության կենտրոնում ուսանողն է

Հայաստանում անցնող տարի գիտությանն հատկացվել է ընդամենը 14 միլիարդ դրամ: Իսկ կրթության ոլորտին հատկացվող խղճուկ դրամների մասին չենք էլ ուզում խոսել: Երբ ասում են, թե Հայաստանում գիտություն չկա կամ կրթությունը չի զարգանում, բնական է, որ առաջին իսկ մտորումը գալիս է այն եզրակետին, թե արդյո՞ք ուզում ենք, որ կրթությունը և գիտությունը զարգանա:
Կրթությունը և գիտությունը համարվում են հեռանկարային ներդրումային ոլորտներ: Եթե դու այսօր այդ համակարգում ներդրումներ չես անում, ապա մոտակա 10-15 տարում անպայման կզգաս դրա ծանր հետևանքները: Փոխարենը, մեր գիտնականները և ուսանողները բերում են տարբեր միջազգային ծրագրեր ու գրանտներ, որոնց համար, ուշադրություն, 20 տոկոս ԱԱՀ են տալիս պետությանը: Թերևս խորհրդային սանատորիա գնալու պատմությունն այստեղ խիստ տեղին է: Տրամաբանորեն հակառակ կերպ է վարվում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր ստեղծած հիմնադրամի միջոցով: Նա արդեն 17 տարի անընդմեջ պարգևատրում է լավագույն ուսանողներին: Փոխարենը գիտենք, թե ինչ խղճուկ թոշակներ են այսօր ստանում գերազանց սովորող ուսանողները: Բնական է, որ այդ գերազանց սովորող ուսանողը մեր ապագան է: Նա է ստեղծելու ու կայացնելու գիտության ոլորտը Հայաստանում: Նա է ձևավորելու առաջընթացը: Իսկ դրա համար միայն գաղափարական հենքը շատ քիչ է: Անհրաժեշտ է խրախուսում և նյութական հենքը, ինչը և անում է Ծառուկյանը:
Երբ խոսում են կրթության մեջ ներդրումներ անելու մասին, մարդիկ, չգիտես ինչու, դա պատկերացնում են բարդ ու պատկերավոր գործընթաց: Իրականում Ծառուկյանն իր օրինակով ցույց է տալիս, որ դա շատ պարզ ու ուղղորդված երևույթ է, եթե ունես հնարավորություն, միջոցներ և քաղաքական կամք՝ խոստումներդ կյանքի կոչելու համար: Իսկ այս հատկությունները Ծառուկյանը միանշանակ ունի: Ամփոփելով՝ կուզեինք անդրադառնալ մի ցավոտ թեմայի: Եղան բազմաթիվ հրապարակումներ այն մասին, որ Ապրիլյան քառօրյայի մասնակից տղաների Զինվորական գրքույկներից ջնջում են մասնակցության մասին գրառումները, որպեսզի նրանց սոցիալական որոշակի արտոնություններ չտան: Ճիշտ հակառակ կերպ է վարվում Ծառուկյանը: Պարգևատրման արարողության ժամանակ նա իր խոսքում արդարացիորեն փաստեց, որ հանձնարարել է մասնակից բոլոր տղաներին պարգևատրել մրցույթից դուրս: Սա նշանակում է հոգածություն և իրական վաստակի գնահատում: Մնացած Ազգ-Բանակ, հայրենիք և այլ ճոռոմ խոսակցությունները պարզապես դատարկաբանություններ են, երբ չկա գործողություն: Գործողություն կա այս դեպքում՝ խիստ որոշակի և խիստ երևացող:
