Գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանում բոլոր հարցերը լուծվում են մի կենտրոնում. ռազմավարական կարեւորության բոլոր հարցերի լուծումը տրվում է նախագահականում՝ ի դեմս երկրի նախագահի: «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանի պնդմամբ՝ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում որեւէ կուսակցություն չի կարողացել որեւէ ռազմավարական նշանակության խնդրի լուծման հարցում լուրջ հակակշիռ ունենալ եւ բեկում մտցնել:

«Դա վերաբերում է բոլորին, այդ թվում՝ կոալիցիոն գործընկերներին: Այսինքն, կան քննարկումներ, որտեղ այս կամ այն քաղաքական ուժը կարող է անել ընդամենը որոշ մարտավարական առաջարկներ: Ռազմավարական ամբողջ քաղաքականությունն ուղղորդվում է եւ լուծվում մեկ անձի կողմից»,-ասում է բանախոսը:

Արման Վարդանյանը հավելում է նաեւ, որ այսօրվա ընդդիմությունը չունի այդ գործընթացին հակառակ գնալու հնարավորություն: «Որովհետեւ Հանրապետականն անգամ առանց կոալիցիոն գործընկերոջ կարողանում է հարցերի 99 տոկոսն անցկացնել միայն իրեն վերապահված քվեների շնորհիվ: Այս առումով ընդդիմությունը թույլ մեխանիզմներ ունի եւ չի գործադրում իր մյուս մեխանիզմները, որոնք գործադրելի է քաղաքագիտության մեջ»,-նշում է նա:
