ՊԵԿ տեսուչների կողմից, «Առինջ մոլ»-ի առևտրականների նկատմամբ կոշտ և անբարեհունչ վարչարարության արդյունքում, մի շարք փաստեր ջրի երես դուրս եկան, ինչը վկայում է այն մասին, որ առևտրականների բողոքի ձայնն ունի օբյեկտիվ հիմքեր: Խնդիրն այն աստիճան արդիական է, որ այն քննարկվում է անգամ ԱԺ-ում և իհավելում մի շարք հարցադրումների, այսօր ԱԺ քառօրյաի ընթացքում, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Միքայել Մելքումյանն իպատասխան ՊԵԿ հաղորդագրության այն մասին, թե ինչ նպատակ ունի ՊԵԿ-ի նման կոշտ վարչարարությունը մի շարք փաստեր արձանագրեց, որոնք իչիք են դարձնում ՊԵԿ-ի արդարացումները: Խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ ՊԵԿ-ը, վարչապետի մակարդակով, ԱԺ ամբիոնից իբր թե փաստ արձանագրեց, համաձայն որի «Առինջ մոլում» իրենց պատկերացմամբ, շրջանառությունը շատ քիչ է ներկայացվում, ինչի արդյունքում էլ նրանք իրականացնում են նման ակտիվ ստուգումներ: Որպես օրինակ մեջբերելով «Փեթակ» և «Սուրմալու» տոնավաճառների շրջանառությունը, սակայն այդ թվերն ու ուսումնասիրությունները բացարձակ զուրկ են տրամաբանությունից, որը կարելի է փաստել մի քանի պատճառաբանությամբ: 
Նույն ՊԵԿ ուսումնասիրություններն առավել օբյեկտիվ կլինեին, եթե իրական և ավելի խորքային ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում ստացված պատկեր ներկայացվեր: Նրանց կողմից մեջբերված «Փեթակ» և «Սուրմալու» տոնավաճառները աշխատում են ամեն օր իտարբերություն «Առինջ մոլ»-ի առևտրականների, ովքեր ամսվա կտրվածքով աշխատում են ընդամենը 12 օր, սա արգումենտներից առաջինը, ինչը տրամաբանորեն փաստում է, որ շրջանառության առումով «Առինջ մոլ»-ը ուղղակի չի կարող նույնը կամ ավել շրջանառություն ունենալ, քանի որ երկու անգամից ավելի քիչ է աշխատում, քան վերոնշյալ առևտրի կենտրոնները: Երկրորդ արգումենտը, որը վերաբերվում էր ապրանքների տեսականուն, այսինքն «Փեթակի» և «Սուրմալուի» ապրանքատեսականին շատ ավելի թանկարժեք է քան «Առինջ մոլ»-ի ապրանքատեսականին, սա ևս մեկ ապացույց, որ «Առինջ մոլ»-ի շրջանառությունը անկախ տաղավարների քանակից ուղղակիորեն չի կարող գերազանցել «Փեթակի» և «Սուրմալուի» շրջանառությանը: Այս երկու արգումենտներն արդեն իսկ բավարար են, որպեսզի փաստվի, որ ՊԵԿ-ի ներկայացրած բացատրությունները ուղղակի չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը կամ բավարար չափով ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում չեն հրապարակվել և թերի են: Սա չի կարող հիմնավոր պատճառ լինել, որպեսզի նման խտրական և կոշտ վարչարարություն իրականացվի «Առինջ մոլ»-ի առևտրականների նկատմամբ: Իմիջայլոց ինչ վերաբերվում է վարչապետի հայտարարած այն մտքին, որ «Առինջ մոլ»-ի յուրաքանչյուր տաղավարի, որոնք 748 են, բաժին է ընկնում ըստ գրանցված աշխատողների 0,4 մարդ, ապա նշենք, որ մոլում 90% գրանցված են որպես ԱՁ և հիմնադիրը հենց ինքն անձամբ է հանդիսանում աշխատող, ոչ բոլորի շահույթն է բավարարում, որպեսզի հավելյալ աշխատող վարձի:
Այս համատեքստում անհասկանալի են դառնում ՊԵԿ-ի շարունակական կոշտ ու կոպիտ գործողությունները և կառավարության ներկայացուցիչների արդարացումները, ինչին իպատասխան կարելի է նշել միայն, որ առևտրականների պահանջները արդարացի են և պետք է ստանան տրամաբանական լուծում, այլապես այսպես շարունակելու դեպքում առավել մեծ խնդրի առաջ են կանգնելու, դա միանշանակ է:
