ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը գտնում Է, որ հարկավոր Է Ռուսաստանի իր պաշտոնակից Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ աշխատել կարեւորագույն հարցերի շուրջ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է Սպիտակ տան ներկայացուցիչ Սառա Սանդերսը:
«Նախագահը չի երկմտի այն հարցի շուրջ, որ իրեն հարկավոր Է աշխատել այդ համաշխարհային ղեկավարի հետ եւ նա ցանկանում Է նրա հետ աշխատել այն լուրջ մարտահրավերների վրա, որոնց այժմ բախվում Է մեր երկիրը»,- ասել Է Սանդերսը բրիֆինգի ժամանակ՝ պատասխանելով լրագրողի այն հարցին, թե հնարավոր Է արդյոք Ռուսաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի փոխգործակցությունը, եւ Թրամփն իրոք հավատում Է Պուտինի հավաստիացումներին, որ Ռուսաստանը չի միջամտել ԱՄՆ-ում նախընտրական արշավի ընթացքին:
Սանդերսը ընդգծել Է, որ ժամանակն Է՝ առաջ շարժվել:
Սպիտակ տան ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ Վաշինգտոնը Մոսկվայի հետ համագործակցության ոլորտներ ունի: «Մասնավորապես, դա վերաբերում Է Սիրիային եւ ԿԺԴՀ-ին, ինչպես նաեւ գլոբալ այլ մեծ հարցերի»,- ասել Է նա: Նախագահը «շարունակում Է Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցության ուղիներ փնտրել, ինչը կօգնի Ամերիկային», հավելել Է նա, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
