Կառավարությունն ընդունեց «Հայկական միրգ» ԲԲԸ կանոնադրական կապիտալը նվազեցնելու, գույք ամրացնելու և անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով գույք հանձնելու մասին» որոշումը, որը մշակվել է ի կատարումն ՀՀ վարչապետի համապատասխան հանձնարարականի: ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ Արմավիրի մարզում գտնվող «Հայկական միրգ»-ի սեփականության իրավունքով հանձնված տարածքն անհատույց, անժամկետ օգտագործման իրավունքով կտրամադրվի «Նորատունկ» ՓԲԸ-ին:

«Հանրապետությունում ինտենսիվ այգեգործության զարգացման նախապայմաններից է տեղական արտադրության բարձրորակ տնկանյութի արտադրությունը: «Նորատունկ» ՓԲԸ նշված տարածքում նախատեսում է հիմնել տնկարանային տնտեսություն՝ ապահովելով հողատարածքի նպատակային և ռացիոնալ օգտագործումը, զարգացնել համապատասխան ենթակառուցվածքներ, կազմակերպել վեգետատիվ եղանակով բազմացող ցածրաճ պատվաստակալների ու հայկական ծիրանենու արտադրությունը ցածրաճ պատվաստակալների վրա, պատվաստված ընկուզենու արտադրություն, արտադրություն և մասնագիտական ուսուցողական դասընթացներ։ Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է նաև զարգացնել համագործակցություն արտերկրի տնկարանների, գիտական հաստատությունների և միջազգային կառույցների հետ՝ այգեգործության նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման և փորձի փոխանակման նպատակով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց Հարությունյանը։

Արդյունքում՝ 2018-2019 թթ. հողատարածքի վրա նախատեսվում է ձևավորել ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով հագեցած ցուցադրական տնկարան, որը սկսած 2019 թ.-ից հնարավորություն կունենա տարեկան արտադրելու շուրջ ցածրաճ պտղատու 100 հազար տնկիներ՝ արտերկրից ներմուծված համարժեք տնկանյութի համեմատ 30-50 տոկոսով ցածր արժեքով: Ընկերությունը պայմանագիրն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո երկու տարվա ընթացքում պարտավորվում է կատարել 77 մլն դրամի ներդրում:
