Շարմազանովն ակտիվ մասնակցություն կունենա սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավին

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն ընդգրկված է սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեի նախընտրական շտաբում և ակտիվ մասնակցելու է քարոզարշավին: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Այսօր ես մասնակցելու եմ շտաբի նիստին: Ընդգրկված եմ շտաբում իմ ողջ լիազորություններով և բոլոր հնարավորություններով: Ես թի մի անդամ եմ և չէի կարող ընդգրկված չլինել»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահը նշեց, որ ինքը քարոզարշավի ընթացքում կաշխատի այն ուղղությամբ, որ կառաջարկեն կուսակցության նախագահը և գործադիր մարմինը:«Բնականաբար, ես կաշխատեմ և քաղաքական ուղղությամբ, ինչպես նաև հաշվի կառնեմ այն հանգամանքը, որ ես մարզի բնակիչ եմ և ակտիվ կաշխատեմ նաև այնտեղ: Շտաբը կձևավորի մարզային հանդիպումների գրաֆիկ և, բնականաբար, մենք դա կիրականացնենք: Կլինեն նաև հեռուստատեսային հանդիպումներ, հարցազրույցներ, քարոզչություն Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից, կլինեն նաև մարզային հանդիպումներ: Թե ինչ հաճախականությամբ կլինեն այդ հանդիÕ �ումները, թույլ տվեք թող շտաբը դա որոշի»,- հավելեց Շարմազանովը:
Նա նաև ընդգծեց, որ հանրաքվեի մասին օրենքը թույլ է տալիս, որպեսզի պետական պաշտոնյաները ընդգրկված լինեն հանրաքվեի շտաբում: «Մենք պետք է շարժվենք օրենքով, և ես ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում եմ, որ ՀՀԿ-ն իր քարզչությունն իրականացնելու է բացառապես օրենսդրության շրջանակներում: Մենք ենք առաջինը շահագրգռված, որ այս հանրաքվեն անցնի ժողովրդավարական չափանիշներին համապատասխան և հենց դա է պատճառը, որ հանրապետության նախագահը Մադրիդում կոչ արեց միջազգային տարբեր կառույցների դիտորդական ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունենալ այդ աշխատանքներում»,- ասաց ն ա:
Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հետ հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ հարցին՝ Շարմազանովը վստահեցրեց, որ փայլուն հարաբերություններ ունի ՀՀ վարչապետի հետ: «Ես փայլուն հարաբերություններ ունեմ իմ բոլոր գործընկերների հետ: Ես իմ բնույթով կոնֆլիկտային մարդ չեմ: Ես իմ բնույթով համերաշխություն և կամուրջներ կառուցող անձնավորություն եմ: Առավել ևս, ես թիմային խաղացող եմ և անհնար է ես իմ քաղաքական գործընկերների հետ ունենամ վատ հարաբերություններ: Իսկ վարչապետի հետ ունեմ թե աշխատանքային, թե մարդկային ջերմ հարաբերություններ»,- եÕ �րափակեց Շարմազանովը:
