Ոստիկանությունը համաչափ է որակում Ազգային ժողովի դիմաց հավաքված ուսանողների գործողություններին միջամտությունը: Երևանի փոխոստիկանապետ Վալերի Օսիպյանը լրագրողների խնդրանքով մեկնաբանելով Բաղրամյան պողոտայում ուսանողների կողմից երթևեկությունը խաթարելու կոչերը, գործողությունները և դրանից հետո հասարակական կարգի պահպանմանն ուղղված՝ ոստիկանության քայլերը՝ նշեց, որ ոստիկանությունն, ընդհանուր առմամբ, դրսևորել է հանդուրժողականություն:
«Ուսանողները սկզբում փակել էին Դեմիրճյան փողոցը։ Մենք այդ ժամանակ հանդուրժողականություն ցուցաբերեցինք ու երկկողմանի փակեցինք փողոցը, որպեսզի դադարի երթևեկությունը։ Ուսանողները չբավարարվեցին այդ քայլով և որոշեցին դուրս գալ Բաղրամյան պողոտա։ Ես նրանց կոչ արեցի ազատել պողոտան և մայթ բարձրանալ, սակայն նրանք չենթարկվեցին։ Միջամտությամբ որոշ չափով բացեցինք մեքենաների ճանապարհը և այդքանով այժմ բավարարվեցինք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Օսիպյանը՝ նկատելով, որ ուսանողներն ազատ են իրենց գործողություններում, սակայն չպետք է խոչընդոտեն այլոց ազատ տեղաշարժման իրավունքը:
Ուսանողները շարժվել են դեպի Ազգային ժողով, քանի որ օրենսդիր մարմնում այսօր քվեարկության է դրվել և ամբողջությամբ ընդունվել «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:
Մինչ նրանք հավաքված էին, փորձում էին փակել Բաղրամյան պողոտան՝ առաջացնելով հասարակական տրանսպորտի և մեքենաների խցանում, իսկ ոստիկանները շղթայով փորձում էին նրանց մայթ ուղղորդել, նոյեմբերի 14-ին հացադուլի մասին հայտարարած ուսանողները դուրս եկան լսարանից, որտեղ փակվել էին ավելի քան 24 ժամ: Նրանցից մեկը գիշերը վատացել էր և դուրս եկել լսարանից: Նրանք ևս ժամանել են Ազգային ժողովի դիմաց՝ ցանկանալով հանդիպել պատգամավորներին:
Ազգային ժողովը «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը նոյեմբերի 15-ին երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ ընդունել է 86 կողմ և 6 դեմ ձայներով։
