Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը պնդում է, որ բաց երկնքի քաղաքականությունը բերել է ավելի մատչելի ու ավելի շատ թռիչքների
SOCIETYԲաց երկնքի քաղաքականության շնորհիվ Հայաստանն ընթացիկ տարում գրանցել է գների իջեցում, ինչպես նաեւ թռիչքների քանակի անհամեմատ աճ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Ազգային ժողովում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հարցին, թե 2013-ին Հայաստանի կողմից բաց երկնքի քաղաքականություն հայտարարելուց հետո վերջին 4 տարիների ընթացքում ինչ ունի Հայաստանը ավիացիայի շուկայում եւ որքանո՞վ է նման իրավիճակը համապատասխանում երկրի ռազմավարական շահերին:
«Այս տարի ունենք 22 տոկոս աճ եւ ենթադրում ենք, որ կրկին կունենանք աճ։ Այսինքն՝ բաց երկնքի քաղաքականությունը բերել է ավելի մատչելի ու ավելի շատ թռիչքների»,-ասաց նա:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ Թբիլիսիի օդանավակայանը՝ ի համեմատ «Զվարթնոցի»՝ իրականացնում է կրկնակիից շատ թռիչքներ՝ նաեւ հայ ուղեւորների հաշվին, իսկ փոխվարչապետը հակադարձեց, որ Թբիլիսիից թռիչքների քանակի մեծությունը կապված է թե՛ բնակչության թվի, թե՛ աշխարհագրական դիրքի, թե նաեւ այն հանգամանքի հետ, որ Վրաստանը ազատ քաղաքականությունն ավելի վաղուց էր սկսել, քան Հայաստանը:
«Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Սարգսյանն էլ ասաց, որ հայկական ավիաուղիները թանկ են երեք հիմնական պատճառներով: Նա առանձնացրեց օդի հարկը, ավիավառելիքի գները և «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի սպասարկման գները։ «Այս ուղղություններով աշխատանքներ է պետք անել»,-նշեց նա:
Պատգամավորի պնդմանն էլ ի պատասխան՝ ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանն ասաց.
«Օդի հարկը հանել ենք Գյումրիի օդանավակայանից, եւ Գյումրին հարաբերական առավելություն ունի։ Ինչ վերաբերում է վառելիքի գնին, ապա մեր օդանավակայանը գնում է միջազգային շուկայից՝ ոչ մեկ աղբյուրից, այդ թվում՝ Բուլղարիայից, Իրանից, Ռումինիայից։ Վառելիքի գնի տեսանկյունից տարբերություն են կազմում միայն տրանսպորտային ծախսերը, որոնք հնարավոր չէ չեղարկել։ Իսկ սպասարկման գների մասով միանշանակ չի կարելի ասել, որ դրանք բարձր են բոլոր հնարավոր պայմաններում, դրանց մեջ կա բազմազանություն՝ կախված նրանից, թե որ ավիաընկերությունը ինչպիսի հաճախականությամբ եւ որ ժամերին է օգտագործում»,-եզրափակեց Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը:
