Վարչապետն անդրադարձավ առևտրականների դժգոհություններին

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը կարևորում է երկրում փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների զարգացումը, քանի որ դրանք տնտեսության շարժիչ ուժն են: Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի հարցին: «Եթե մենք ցանկանում ենք նորմալ թվեր ներկայացնել, ապա շահագրգռված ենք, որպեսզի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունները զարգանան: Ավելին՝ մենք մի շարք օրենքներում նորմատիվային փոփոխություններ ենք կատարել, որի պարագայում նման բիզնեսներն ավելի հանգիստ են գործելու: Մենք վաղը կառավարության նիստին նոր նախաձեռնություն ենք ներկայացնելու Հարկային օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց վարչապետը:
Անդրադառնալով «Առինջ մոլ» առևտրային կենտրոնի առևտրականների դժգոհություններին՝ վարչապետը մանրամասնեց, որ կառավարությունը փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի համար, որը տարեկան մինչև 115 միլիոն դրամի շրջանառություն ունի, պարզեցնում է հարկերի վճարումը: «Բայց ասել ենք, որ այդ պարագայում այդ բիզնեսը պետք է հաշվառվի: «Առինջ մոլ»-ում գործում է 748 սուբյեկտ, որից 157 սուբյեկտի շրջանառությունը մինչև 1 միլիոն է, 208 սուբյեկտի շրջանառությունը՝ 1-3 միլիոն, 204 սուբյեկտի շրջանառությունը՝ 3-5 միլիոն, 140 սուբյեկտի շրջանառությունը՝ 5-10 միլիոն, 30 սուբյեկտի շրջանառությունը՝ 10-20 միլիոն, 7-ինը 20-30, 30-50 միլիոն դրամի շրջանառություն ունի մեկ, իսկ 50-ից ավել շրջանառություն ունի մեկ սուբյեկտ: Մենք ասում ենք, որ գալիս ենք ստուգելու, և, եթե դուք հիմնավորում եք, որ այս թվերն են ձեզ մոտ, հարկային բեռը ձեր վրա չի ավելանալու: 748 սուբյեկտների մեջ աշխատողների թիվը 338 է: Այսինքն, մի կառույցում 0.4 մարդ է աշխատում: Եթե դուք փաստ ունեք, որ մենք այլ տոնավաճառների նկատմամբ ավելի լոյալ ենք, յուրաքանչյուր դեպք կնայենք: Խոսքն ընդամենը եղել է նրա մասին, որ ՀԴՄ պետք է խփեն, իսկ հաշվապահի գործառույթն էլ խոստացել ենք անվճար տրամադրել իրենց»,- մանրամասնեց վարչապետը:
Վարչապետը հստակեցրեց, որ հարկային մարմիններն ընդամենը պահանջում են ներկայացնել ՀԴՄ կտրոնները և ներկայացնել հաշվետվություն: «Եթե նրանց շրջանառությունն այնպես է, ինչպես ներկայացնում են, իրենք որևէ խնդիր չեն ունենա: Թող խփեն ՀԴՄ-ները և մեզ ցույց տան իրենց շրջանառությունը»,- եզրափակեց վարչապետը:
Սերգեյ Բագրատյանն էլ շեշտեց, որ եթե խնդիրն ընդամենը հաշվառման մեջ է, ապա առևտրականները պատրաստ են դրան:
