Տարին երեքից չորս աշակերտ է արտագաղթում Ջրաշենից

«Փաստ».am-ը գրում է.
Այս տարի էլ Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրաշեն համայնքի միջնակարգ դպրոցում կբուրի սոլյարկայի հոտը: Դպրոցը չունի լոկալ ջեռուցում եւ սենյակները տաքացնում են վառարաններով` հեղուկ վառելիքով: Նոյեմբերի 15–ից կսկսեն տաքացնել դասասենյակները:
Դպրոցի տնօրեն Սամվել Պողոսյանը «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց, որ պետական ծրագրով նախատեսված է դպրոցներին տրամադրել օրական 2,6 լիտր վառելիք` յուրաքանչյուր դասարանի հաշվով, ինչը, սակայն, ցրտաշունչ օրերին դասասենյակները տաքացնելու համար չի բավականացնում:
«Եթե մի քիչ եղանակը տաք է, նորմալ ջերմաստիճան է լինում: Եթե ցուրտ է լինում, դասերը 5 րոպե կրճատում ենք»,– մանրամասնեց Պողոսյանը:
Արտաքինից բարվոք վիճակում թվացող դպրոցի ներսի պատերի ծեփը պոկված է, դռները՝ կոտրված, նստարանները մաշված են եւ վնասված:
«Դպրոցում ինչ կա՝ հին է, նոր բան չունեմ: Կահույքն էլ է հին»,– ասաց տնօրենը:
Կրթօջախը վերանորոգման կարքի ունի: Դպրոցի հիմնադրումից հետո շենքում առաջին անգամ շինաշխատանքներ են իրականացվել է 2015 թվականին, երբ ուժեղ քամու հետեւանքով վնասվել էր տանիքը: Սամվել Պողոսյանի խոսքով` մարզպետարանն անմիջապես արձագանքել է, եւ տանիքն ամբողջությամբ փոխվել: Մասնակի փոխվել են նաեւ պատուհանները, սակայն, գումարը չի բավականացրել մնացած աշխատանքների կատարման համար:
...Ջրաշենի դպրոցն այսօր 95 աշակերտ ունի: Նրանց թիվը վերջին տարիներին անընդհատ տատանվում է: Սամվել Պողոսյանի փոխանցմամբ՝ գնալով աշակերտների թիվը նվազում է: Թիվ մեկ պատճառն արտագաղթն է: 2016 թվականին 12–րդ դասարանի մեկ աշակերտ է հեռացել, այս տարի գնացողների թիվն ավելացել է: 2 աշակերտ էլ այս տարում են կորցրել: Նրանք ընտանիքով տեղափոխվել են Արմավիր քաղաք:
«Տարին 3–4 երեխա գնում է: Նայած, որ տարին, ինչքան մարդ է գյուղից հեռանում: Արտագաղթողները հիմնականում եվրոպական երկրներ են գնում»,– տեղեկացրեց տնօրենը:
