Վարդան Արամյանը ներկայացրեց եկող տարվա պետական բյուջեի ծրագրի 5 գերակայությունները

Ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը խորհրդարանում ներկայացրեց 2018 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի 5 հիմնական գերակայությունները: Խորհրդարանում ՀՀ 2018 թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ընթացքում, պատասխանելով ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կորյուն Նահապետյանի հարցին, նախարարն ասաց, որ առաջին գերակայությունը հարկային հավասարակշռված քաղաքականության իրականացումն է: «Այն գործիքակազմը, որը մենք ներդնելու ենք այս ուղղությամբ ճիշտ քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու, պետք է արդյունք տա: Մենք սրան ենք գնալու»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նախարարը:
Երկրորդ գերակայությունը արտաքին պարտքի կայունությունն է: «Մենք պետք է պարտքը կայունացնենք, որպեսզի կարողանանք ճիշտ ազդակներ ուղարկել ներդրողներին, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա նոր ներդրումներ ներգրավել և տնտեսական աճ ապահովել: Մենք 2018 թ. նախատեսում ենք 1 տոկոսային կետով նվազեցնել արտաքին պարտք-ՀՆԱ ցուցանիշը»,- մանրամասնեց Վարդան Արամյանը:
Երրորդ գերակայությունը սոցիալական խնդիրների նվազեցումն է՝ հատկապես այն համայնքներում, որոնք ավելի շատ խնդիրներ ունեն: «Մասնավորապես, խոսքը գյուղական համայնքների մասին է: Մենք պետք է կարողանանք գյուղերում ապրող մարդկանց համար եկամուտ գեներացնելու հնարավորություն ստեղծել, դրա համար շուրջ 40 տոկոսով ավելացրել ենք գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի հատկացումները»,- ասաց Արամյանը:
Բյուջեի նախագծի չորրորդ գերակայությունն անվտանգության հարցն է:
Հինգերորդ գերակայությունն, ըստ նախարարի, տնտեսական աճն է: «…Սակայն այնպիսի տնտեսական աճը, որը պետք է լինի ներառական: Այսինքն, մենք պետք է ջանքեր գործադրենք, որ հասարակության ավելի լայն շերտեր մասնակցեն մեր տնտեսական կյանքին, ոչ թե մեկ կամ երկու ոլորտում ունենանք զարգացում»,- եզրափակեց նախարարը:
