Սորոսի փողերն ու զինապարտության մասին ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը
SOCIETYԵրեկ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հայկ Բաբուխանյանը «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին», ՀՀ օրենքի նախագիծը քննարկելիս հայտարարեց, որ «Հանրային օրակարգ» ՀԿ–ն վերջերս Սորոսի հիմնադրամից ստացել է 20 հազար դոլար դրամաշնորհ, որպեսզի պայքարի, քննադատի և վարկաբեկի «Ազգ–բանակ» հայեցակարգը:
«Մի քանի օրվա մեջ է ստացվել այդ դրամաշնորհը, այն դեպքում, երբ առհասարակ դրամաշնորհ ստանում են 6 ամսից մինչև մեկ տարի ժամանակահատվածում: Իսկ այս դեպքում՝ դիմում գրելը և գրանտ ստանալը տևել է բառացիորեն մի քանի օր»,– ասաց պատգամավորը:
Հարցը պարզաբանելու համար Past.am-ը դիմեց «Հանրային օրակարգ» ՀԿ նախագահ Գեղամ Բաղդասարյանին, ով հաստատեց, որ իր ղեկավարած կազմակերպությունը նշված հիմնադրամից ստացել է դրամաշնորհ մի ծրագրի համար, որը կոչվում է «Ազգ–բանակ» հայեցակարգի հանրային փորձաքննություն: ՀԿ նախագահի խոսքով ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է այս տարեվերջին և հաջորդ տարի հասարակական կարծիքի ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնել:
«Նախատեսվում է փորձագիտական և սոցիոլոգիական հարցումներ իրականացնել, ինչպես նաև ծրագրի շրջանակներում ուսումնասիրելու ենք տարբեր երկրների նմանօրինակ փորձը: Բայց թե այս ամենն ինչ կապ ունի ուսանողական ցույցերի և դավադրաբանական տեսությունների հետ, ես բացարձակապես գաղափար չունեմ և չգիտեմ անգամ, թե ով ինչի համար է դա անում»,– ասաց Գ. Բաղդասարյանը:
Հարցին, թե ինչու է նման ուսումնասիրություն իրականացվում, երբ նախագիծը մինչ նշված ուսումնասիրության ավարտը կընդունվի, ՀԿ նախագահն ասաց.
«Ինչն է խանգարում, որ այս կամ այն օրենքի շուրջ կազմակերպությունն ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնի: Ինձ համար տարօրինակ է նաև, թե մարդիկ ինչ գիտեն հասարակական կարծիքի ուսումնասիության արդյունքների մասին, երբ այն անգամ չի էլ սկսվել»:
