Նոյեմբերի 7–ին մեկնարկած «Ռոլան» մանկապատանեկան ֆիլմերի 13–րդ միջազգային փառատոնը մոտեցավ իր տրամաբանական ավարտին: «Մոսկվա» կինոթատրոնում տեղի ունեցավ յուրահատուկ մշակութային իրադարձության փակման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը, որի ընթացքում հայտարարվեցին նաև լավագույն ֆիլմերի անունները:
Ինչպես հայտնել էինք՝ փառատոնի ծրագրում այս տարի ընդգրկվել էր 180 ֆիլմ։ Գավառի մանկատան սաները, Հայաստանի և Արցախի զորամասերի զինվորները, «Թումո» ստեղծարար տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի երեխաներն ու Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանի ուսանողները գլխավորում էին ժյուրիի կազմը:

«Հանդիսատեսի համակրանք» անվանակարգի ժյուրիի կազմում Գավառի մանկատան սաներն էին, ովքեր հաղթող ճանաչեցին ռեժիսոր Կարստեն Կիլերիխի «Ալբերտ» ֆիլմը (Դանիա):

«Ես իրավունքներ ունեմ» անվանակարգում ներկայացված ֆիլմերից «Լավագույն լիամետրաժ ֆիլմ» մրցանակին արժանացավ «Երկուսով դաշնամուրի առջև» ֆիլմը (Ռուսաստան)։

«Լավագույն երկարամետրաժ խաղարկային ֆիլմ» անվանակարգում լավագույնները «Վենդի» (Գերմանիա) և «Կանչ» (Հայաստան) ֆիլմերն էին: «Լավագույն կարճամետրաժ խաղարկային ֆիլմ» մրցանակին արժանացավ ռեժիսոր Վեռներ Ֆիդլերի «Հալիմ» ֆիլմը (Ավստրիա):

Իսկ «Լավագույն լիամետրաժ անիմացիոն ֆիլմ» ճանաչվեցին «Սինբադ. յոթ փոթորկի ծովահենները» և «Իքբալ. մի անվախ երեխայի պատմություն» ֆիլմերը:

«Լավագույն կարճամետրաժ անիմացիոն ֆիլմ» մրցանակին արժանացավ 2016 թ. նկարահանված Մաքսիմ Կուլիկովի «Կոճակ» ֆիլմը:

«Պատիվ ունեմ» անվանակարգի ժյուրիի կազմում ՀՀ–ի և Արցախի զինծառայողներն էին: Նրանք «Լավագույն ֆիլմ» մրցանակը շնորհեցին ռեժիսոր Մհեր Մկրտչյանի «Կյանք ու կռիվ» ֆիլմին: Մրցանակը ռեժիսորին հանձնեց Կոմանդոսը՝ գեներալ–մայոր Արկադի Տեր–Թադևոսյանը:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մաթիաս Քիսլերն իր ելույթում շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Գերմանիայի առաջադրած «Վենդի» ֆիլմը հաղթող ճանաչելու համար: «Կանչ» ֆիլմի պրոդյուսեր Գուժ Թադևոսյանն իր շնորհակալությունը հայտնեց փառատոնի կազմակերպիչներին ու կարևորեց այն փաստը, որ փառատոնը լրացնում է այն բացը, որը կա մանկապատանեկան ֆիլմերի ոլորտում:

Միջոցառման վերջում Հայաստանի «Ռոլան Բիկով» հիմնադրամի նախագահ Նունե Մանուկյանն հանձնեց գլխավոր՝«Գրան Պրի» մրցանակը, որին արժանացավ «Երկուսով դաշնամուրի առջև» ֆիլմը։

Նշենք, որ փառատոնը կազմակերպել էր Հայաստանի «Ռոլան Բիկով» հիմնադրամը՝ ՀՀ նախագահի և ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության աջակցությամբ: Փառատոնի միջազգային աջակիցներն էին ՀՀ–ում Ֆրանսիայի, Ռուսաստանի և Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության դեսպանությունները: Փառատոնի շրջանակներում բոլոր ցուցադրությունները կազմակերպվել էին բացառապես բարեգործական սկզբունքով: Այս տարի փառատոնի շրջանակներում շարունակվեց նաև «Դու մենակ չես... Միասին կհաղթենք» հատուկ ծրագիրը: Ծրագրի շրջանակներում փառատոնի հավատարիմ բարեկամ՝ ՌԴ «Ոսկե Օստապ» մրցանակի երկակի դափնեկիր, «Ոսկե խոյ» մրցանակակիր, «Երալաշ» մանկական հումորային հանդեսի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Բորիս Գրաչևսկին այցելեց «Արաբկիր» բժշկական համալիր և հանդիպում ունեցավ բուժում ստացող երեխաների հետ:
