Գաղտագողի քվեարկություն, որ պառակտեց ՀՀԿ–ն

Նախորդ շաբաթվա վերջում՝ ուրբաթ օրը, ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հանձնաժողովը գրեթե գաղտագողի, կասկածելի պայմաններում, մի կերպ քվորում ապահովելով, ԱԺ դարպասների մոտ ցույց անող երիտասարդների շունչը թիկունքներին, քվեարկում էր Վիգեն Սարգսյանի բերած օրինագծի օգտին՝ այն երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկման մտցնելու համար:
Գաղտագողի քվեարկությունը իշխանության սիրելի զբաղմունքն է, մենք առիթ ենք ունեցել համոզվելու ոչ մեկ անգամ և ավելի բախտախնդիր պահերի: Բայց այս քվեարկության էությունը կայանում է ոչ այնքան դրա գաղտագողի բնույթի, այլ մասնակիցների սակավության մեջ:
Պատկերացնել կարելի է միայն, թե ինչպիսի մեծ ջանքեր են պահանջվել Միհրան Պողոսյանին վերջի պահին նիստի բերելու համար: Ինչ պարտքի տակ են մտել իշխանության բարձր ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչները այդ հույժ կարևոր ներկայության համար: Բայց սրանից պատկերն առանձնապես չի փոխվում: Մեծ հաշվով, այն, որ հանձնաժողովի մեկ տասնյակ անդամներից ընդամենը չորսն են ներկա եղել, այն էլ տիտանական ջանքերի շնորհիվ, ցույց է տալիս իշխանության ներսում եղած վերաբերմունքը թե՛ Վիգեն Սարգսյանին, թե՛ վերջինիս բերած օրինագծին:
Մինչ այդ էլ խոսվում էր, որ իշխանության ավագ սերունդը դժգոհ է Վիգեն Սարգսյանի բերած օրինագծից: Այդ մասին մասամբ արտահայտվել էր Ֆելիքս Ցոլակյանը, ով, ի տարբերություն օպերատիվ իրավիճակներից հեռու Վիգեն Սարգսյանի, ի պաշտոնե գիտի ինչպիսին է հայաստանյան հասարակության արձագանքը այս կամ այն որոշմանը:
Ուրբաթօրյա քվեարկությունը բացահայտում է իշխանության փոխանցման վիգենսարգսյանական տարբերակի հանդեպ իշխանական վերնախավի վերաբերմունքը:
