Ադրբեջանում արգելվել են նաեւ անգլիական անունները

Ադրբեջանում որոշել են, որ երեխաներին հայկական եւ ռուսական անուններով կոչելն արգելելու հետ պետք է արգելվեն նաեւ անգլիական անունները:

oxu.az-ի հետ զրույցում Ադրբեջանի կառավարությանը կից տերմինաբանության հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Սայալը Սադըգովան ասել է, որ Ադրբեջանում չի թույլատրվում երեխաներին անվանել անգլիական անուններով եւս:

Նրա խոսքով` վերջին շրջանում ադրբեջանցիներն իրենց երեխաներին սկսել են կոչել հեռավորասիական եւ իսլամական կրոնական ծագում ունեցող անուններով: Նա ասել է, որ Ադրբեջանում այլեւս արգելվում է երեխաներին կոչել Ջինայեթքար (Հանցագործ), Սարխոշ (Հարբեցող), Շուշաբանդ (Ապակեպատ) անուններով, ինչը տարածված էր:

Նա նաեւ նշել է, որ դեպքեր էլ են լինում, երբ իրենք չեն կարողանում որոշել առաջարկվող անվան ծագումը:

«Վերջերս մեզ դիմել են ծնողներ իրենց աղջնակին «Քիարա» կոչելու առաջարկով: Սակայն մենք չենք կարողանում որոշել այդ անվան ծագումը, եւ այդ պատճառով դեռ որոշում չենք ընդունել»,- ասել է նա:

Ադրբեջանի գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիան 2015 թվականին հաստատել է, այսպես կոչված, անունների «լուսաֆորի սկզբունք»-ը, որի համաձայն պետական կառույցներն իրենք են որոշում  երեխաների «բարեհույս» եւ «արգելված» անունները, որոնք կարող են ընտրել նրանց ծնողները:

Ցուցակում հայկական եւ ռուսական անունները հայտնվել են «կարմիր» բաժնում: Ակադեմիայի հատուկ հանձնաժողովը նաեւ օրենքի նախագիծ է հաստատել, որի համաձայն Ադրբեջանում բոլոր «ով» եւ «եւ» վերջավորություններով ազգանունները պետք է փոխարինվեն թուրքացված «լու-լի», «բեյլի» եւ այլ տարբերակներով:

Այն հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս կարող է այդ որոշումն անդրադառնալ Ադրբեջանում բնակվող ազգային փոքրամասնությունների` լեզգիների, թալիշների, ավարների, թաթերի եւ այլ ժողովուրդների վրա, Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի մշակույթի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Նիզամի Ջաֆարովը հայտարարել է. «Հարցն այս կերպ է դրվում, որ յուրաքանչյուրը, ով իրեն ադրբեջանցի է համարում, իսկ Ադրբեջանի փոքրաթիվ ժողովուրդների մեծամասնությունը տարրալուծվել է ադրբեջանցիների մեջ եւ իրեն ադրբեջանցի է համարում, պետք է փոխի իր ազգանունը»:
