Շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդների թիվը 17 տարում կրկնապատկվել է

Այս տարեսկզբին հաշվարկել են շաքարային դիաբետով 83 000 հիվանդ: 2000 թվականին ցուցանիշը փոքր էր 2 անգամ՝ 40 000 հիվանդ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նոյեմբերի 14-ին՝ Շաքարային դիաբետի դեմ պայքարի օրը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԱՆգլխավոր էնդոկրինոլոգ Էդուարդ Թորոմանյանն ասաց, որ շաքարային դիաբետով տառապող ոչ մի հիվանդ Հայաստանում չունի անհրաժեշտ դեղորայքի պակաս:
«Աշխարհում այսօր հաշվարկվում է շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդ մոտ 400 մլն մարդ: Տարեցտարի այդ թվերն աճում են: Նույն պատկերն է նաև Հայաստանում: Եթե 2000 թվականին ունեինք մոտ 40 000 դիաբետով հիվանդ մարդ, այս տարեսկզբին հաշվարկվել է մոտ 83 000: Տարեվերջին մենք կունենանք մոտ 90 000 հիվանդ»,-ասաց Թորոմանյանը:
83 000 հիվանդից 65 000-ը տառապում են երկրորդ տիպի շաքարային դիաբետով: Մնացածն ունեն առաջին տիպի շաքարային դիաբետ: Նրանց մոտ առկա է ինսուլինի բացարձակ անբավարարություն, ինչի պատճառով ինսուլինի ներարկումներ են ստանում:
Կյանքում առաջին անգամ գրանցված շաքարային դիաբետի դեպքերը Հայաստանում կազմում են տարեկան 7 000-8 000 հիվանդ: 20 տարի առաջվա համեմատ այդ ցուցանիշն աճել է 5 անգամ:
ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից 2010-ին ընդունված որոշմամբ՝ բոլոր պետությունները պարտավորվում են զբաղվել դիաբետով հիվանդների խնդրով: Դիաբետի դեմ պայքարը հիմնվում է 4 հիմնաքարերի վրա՝ սննդակարգ, ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն, դեղորայքային բուժում և ինքնահսկողություն:
«Հայաստանում ապրող բոլոր մարդիկ, որոնք տառապում են շաքարային դիաբետով և ինսուլինի ներարկման կարիք ունեն, պետության կողմից ապահովվում են դրանով: Ինսուլինի խնդիր այսօր հանրապետությունում չկա: «Հայաստան-Արցախ» հիմնադրամը ևս օգնություն է ցուցաբերում այն դեղորայքով, որը տարածված է զարգացած շատ երկրներում»,-ասաց Թորոմանյանն ու հավելեց՝ դեղերի տրամադրման ժամկետի ուշացման խնդիր ևս չունենք:
Գլխավոր էնդոկրինոլոգի խոսքով՝ դիաբետի զարգացման գործոններից առաջինը ժառանգականությունն է՝ հիվանդների 50-70 տոկոսը դիաբետը ժառանգել են: Երկրորդ կարևոր գործոնը ճարպակալումն է, հետո՝ ճարպային նյութափոխանակության խանգարումները, արյան բարձր ճնշումը, ցածր ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունն ու սննդակարգը:
2020 թվականին սպասվում է 500 մլն դիաբետով հիվանդ ողջ աշխարհում: Աճի նման տեմպի դեպքում աշխարհի բնակչության 5-7 տոկոսը տառապելու է շաքարային դիաբետով:
