Սերժ Սարգսյանը սպասում է կուլմինացիային
ANALYSIS
Վիգեն Սարգսյանի կողմից զինապարտության օրենքում փոփոխությունների նախաձեռնությունը, դրան հաջորդած դասադուլներն ու հանրային քննարկումները հանգեցրեցին այն մտքին, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի պլաններում հնարավոր է Վիգեն Սարգսյան անունը գրված է ապագա վարչապետ սյունակի դիմաց: Սրան հաջորդեց Կարեն Կարապետյանի պատասխանը, երբ նա ուսանողների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում անզիջում Վիգեն Սարգսյանի ֆոնին կոմպրոմիսի առաջարկ արեց ուսանողներին: Չնայած այդ առաջարկը մերժվեց, բայց Կարապետյանը ցույց տվեց, որ ի տարբերություն Վիգեն Սարգսյանի նա կոմպրոմիսների գնալ կարող է,«պերեգավորշիկ»լինել կարող է:
Այն, որ երկրոր ընթերցումից առաջ ԱԺ համապատասխան հանձնաժողովը հազիվ քվորում ապահովեց, ցույց տվեց նաև քաղաքական մյուս ուժերի, այդ թվում իշխանության վերաբերմունքը Վիգեն Սարգսյանին: Սարգսյանի առաջ բերած օրինագծին հրապարակավ ու կուլիսներում բացասական անդրադարձան նաև հանրապետականի ավագ սերնդի ներկայացուցիչները:
Իսկ Կարեն Կարապետյանի թիմը ՝ անհանգստացած Վիգեն Սարգսյանի վարչապետական հեռանկարով դաշտ նետեց այն թեզը, որ Սամվել և Կարեն Կարապետյանին ձեռք է տալիս Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչապետ լինելը: Վարչապետն էլ իր հերթին նշեց, որ անվտանգության հարցերով Սերժ Սարգսյանի դերակատարումը շատ մեծ է:
Այսպիսով ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանը համակարգին առաջարկում է երկու սցենար: Առաջին սցենարով առաջին համարը մնում է ինքը ու որպես բոլոր թևերի միջև կոմպրոմիսի գործառույթ իրականացնող բոլորը գոհ են մնում: Երկրորդ սցենար ՝ առաջին համար դառնում է Վիգեն Սարգսյանը ու առաջացնում ներհամակարգային դժգոհություն թե ՀՀԿ ավագ, թե կրտսեր սերունդներում, թե մյուս քաղաքական ուժերի դեպքում, թե Կարեն Կարապետյանի համար:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը իր և Կարեն Կարապետյանի հակասությունը տեղափոխում է Վիգեն Սարգսյան-Կարեն Կարապետյանի հակամարտության դաշտ, այնուհետ որպես կոմպրոմիս առաջարկում ինքն իրեն ՝ որպես փաստացի միակ մարդու, ում ներիշխանական բոլոր սուբյեկտները պատրաստ են ընդունել:
