Մերձավոր Արեւելքում եւ Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայում աճող ահաբեկչական ակտիվությունը տարբեր պետությունների հատուկ ծառայությունների փոխգործակցության բարելավում Է պահանջում: Այդ մասին,  ասված Է ԱՊՀ-ի անդամ պետությունների անվտանգության մարմիննե րի եւ հատուկ ծառայությունների ղեկավարների՝ Մոսկվայում ընթացող խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հղած ողջույնի ուղերձում, որն ընթերցել Է Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության դաշնային ծառայության տնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Բորտնիկովը:

«Աշխարհում ստեղծվող աշխարհաքաղաքական իրադրությունը թելադրում Է արդի մարտահրավերներին ու սպառնալիքներին հակազդելու նոր արդյունավետ ուղիներ գտնելու անհրաժեշտությունը»,-ընդգծվում Է պետության ղեկավարի ողջույնի ուղերձում:

«Այսօր առանձնակի վտանգ Է ներկայացնում աճող ահաբեկչական ակտիվությունը, անդրազգային կազմակերպված հանցավորության հետ արմատական խմբավորումների միավորվելը: Խիստ մտահոգություն Է առաջացնում Մերձավոր Արեւելքի եւ Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի իրադրությունը: Ահաբեկիչները փորձում են այս տարածաշրջանն օգտագործել որպես հենակետ, որտեղ հավաքագրում եւ ուսուցանում են զինյալների, որոնք կարող են օգտագործվել այլ երկրներում իրադրության ապակայունացման համար»,-նշվում Է ուղերձում:

Այդ կապակցությամբ, ինչպես ընդգծել Է ՌԴ նախագահը, «կարեւոր Է անշեղորեն բարձրացնել փոխգործակցության մակարդակը, օգտագործել գործունեության աեմենաժամանակակից ձեւերն ու մեթոդները, մշակել խնդիրների լուծման միասնական մոտեցումներ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
