Տնտեսագետի կարծիքով Հայաստանի համար առավել շահեկան է լինել ԵԱՏՄ կազմում

Եվրամիության և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ Հայաստանի առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերությունները գրեթե հավասար են։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Հանրային խորհրդի ֆինանսատնտեսական և բյուջետային հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Հայրենական ապրանք արտադրողների միության նախագահ Վազգեն Սաֆարյանը։
«Հայաստանի համար առևտրատնտեսական հարաբերություններում ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջև մեկ տարբերություն կա՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ն պատրաստի արտադրանք է արտահանում` պահածո, խմիչք, սննդամթերք, մեքենաշինական ապրանքներ, իսկ ԵՄ արտահանվում է մետաղական հումք։ Կարծում եմ, որ մեզ համար, մինչև հիմա, շահեկան է եղել լինել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ։ Սա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ մենք ԵԱՏՄ-ում ունենք շատ հայրենակիցներ, ովքեր աշխատում են և Հայաստան անհատական տրանսֆերտներ են ուղարկում։ Այս ամենի շնորհիվ էլ կարողանում ենք արտաքին առևտրի բացասական հաշվեկշիռը մեղմել»,- նշեց Սաֆարյանը և հավելեց, որ արդեն իսկ դեպի ԵԱՏՄ ունենք 1,7 մլրդ դոլարի արտահանում։
Տարվա վերջում այդ ծավալը կհատի 2 մլրդ սահմանագիծը, որը բնականաբար դրական ձեռքբերում է։ Տարեկան մոտ 22 տոկոսով ավելանում է արտահանման ծավալը։ Նրա պնդմամբ՝ այս աճը գրանցվել է շնորհիվ այն բանի, որ որոշակի ապրանքատեսակների ներմուծման փոխարեն արտադրվել է տեղականը։
Հայրենական ապրանք արտադրողների միության նախագահն ընդգծեց, որ ԵՄ-ից մեծ ներդրումներ Հայաստանի արդյունաբերության մեջ չի սպասում, որովհետև մինչ հիմա ստացած գրանտները եղել են կառուցվածքային բարեփոխումներին ուղղված միջոցներ։
