Արցախի ինքնորոշման լեգիտիմությունը կասկածի տակ դնելով` Ադրբեջանը կասկածի տակ է դնում իր անկախության օրինականությունը. Շարմազանով

Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն անտրամաբանական է որակում ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության և քրդական ու կատալոնական գործընթացների միջև զուգահեռներ անցկացնելը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխնախագահը, արձագանքելով Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Բահար Մուրադովայի այն հայտարարությանը, որ միջազգային հանրությունը պետք է միևնույն մոտեցումները ցուցաբերի բոլոր այդ երեք գործընթացների նկատմամբ, այլ ոչ թե ղեկավարվի երկակի չափանիշներով, ընդգծեց, որ դրանք երեք միանգամայն տարբեր խնդիրներ են ու անգրագիտություն է ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության և կատալոնական ու քրդական գործընթացների միջև զուգահեռներ անցկացնելը:
«Ինչպե՞ս կարելի է զուգահեռներ անցկացնել այդ գործընթացների միջև. դրանք երեք միանգամայն տարբեր խնդիրներ են: Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ինքնորոշման գործընթացը բացառապես լեգալ և լեգիտիմ է, այն ամբողջովին համապատասխանում է ինչպես Խորհրդային Միության Սահմանադրության, այնպես էլ՝ միջազգային իրավունքի տառին և նորմերին: Ժամանակին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղն ինքնորոշվեց՝ ԽՍՀՄ Սահմանադրության նույն իրավական նորմերին համապատասխան, ինչ 15 հանրապետությունները: ԽՍՀՄ Սահմանադրությունն ինքնավար սուբյեկտներին իրավունք է տվել հանրաքվեի հիման վրա որոշելու իրենց ճակատագիրը, ինչը և արվել է: Եվ եթե այսօր Ադրբեջանը կասկածի տակ է դնում Արցախի ինքնորոշման լեգիտիմությունը, նշանակում է՝ կասկածի տակ է դնում նաև իր և այլ խորհրդային հանրապետությունների անկախության օրինականությունը»,- ասաց Շարմազանովը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ գործունեության առնչությամբ Մուրադովայի հայտնած դժգոհությանը և միջնորդական ձևաչափի փոփոխության անհրաժեշտության մասին կարծիքին՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահն ընդգծել է, որ այդպիսով Ադրբեջանը ջուր է լցնում Թուրքիայի ջրաղացին, որն ամեն կերպ փորձում է միջնորդ հանդիսանալ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում: «Բայց դա երբեք չի լինի: Թուրքիան տեղ չունի ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ձևաչափում, քանի որ այդ երկիրը բացահայտ աջակցում է հակամարտող կողմերից մեկին՝ Ադրբեջանին, ինչը կասկածի տակ է դնում վերջինիս օբյեկտիվությունը՝ որպես միջնորդ: Բացի այդ, Անկարան հայտնի է տարածաշրջանում իր ապակայունացնող քաղաքականությամբ: Եվ դա ես չեմ ասում, ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո այդ մասին հայտարարեց Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը, ով ընդգծեց, որ Թուրքիան ոչ թե խաղաղության, այլ՝ պատերազմի կոչեր է անում»,- ասաց նա՝ ընդգծելով, որ Բաքուն ստեղծված իրավիճակում պետք է մեղադրի ոչ թե ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբին, այլ՝ ինքն իրեն, քանի որ հենց ինքը չի կատարում ստանձնած պարտավորությունները՝ տորպեդահարելով բանակցային գործընթացը:
