«Մատչելի բնակարան երիտասարդ մասնագետներին» ծրագրով կկառուցվեն ժամանակակից լուծումներով շենքային նոր համալիրնե

Մեկնարկում է «Մատչելի բնակարան երիտասարդ մասնագետներին» բնակարանային ապահովության սոցիալական ծրագրի հերթական փուլը: «Արմենպրես»-ին այս մասին տեղեկացրին «Երևանի պետական համալսարանի շրջանավարտների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությունից: Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է ՀՀ Նախագահ, Երևանի պետական համալսարանի շրջանավարտների միավորման հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի բարձր հովանու ներքո:
Ծրագրի շրջանակում նախատեսվում է Երևան քաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում Ահարոնյան փողոցին հարող տարածքում (Զեյթուն 1 և Զեյթուն 2 համալիրների հարևանությամբ) կառուցել ժամանակակից ճարտարապետական լուծումներով բազմաբնակարան-բազմաֆունկցիոնալ շենքային համալիրներ, որոնց բնակարանները շուկայականից անհամեմատ ցածր գներով տրամադրվելու են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության երիտասարդ մասնագետներին: Բնակելի համալիրի շինարարությունը մեկնարկելու է 2017թ. դեկտեմբերին և նախատեսվում է ավարտել 2020թ. մայիսին:
Բնակարանային ապահովության ծրագրի հնարավոր շահառու կարող են դառնալ մինչև 45 տարեկան, առնվազն երկու տարվա մասնագիտական աշխատանքային փորձ ունեցող, բնակարանի կարիքավոր (Երևան քաղաքում բնակարան չունեցող կամ բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման հրատապ անհրաժեշտություն ունեցող) ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների, ՀՀ գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի երիտասարդ գիտաշխատողները և դասախոսները, երիտասարդ բուժաշխատողները, լրագրողները, մանկավարժները (նախադպրոցական, հանրակրթական, միջին մասնագիտական հաստատությունների), ստեղծագործական միությունների անդամները, ՏՏ ծրագրավորողները, բանկային համակարգի աշխատողները, պետական և համայնքային ծառայողները:
Բնակելի համալիրն ունենալու է մեկ (45 քմ.), երկու (60-70 քմ.), երեք (90-100 քմ.) չորս (125 քմ.) և հինգ (160 քմ.) սենյականոց մոտ 500 բնակարան: Բնակարանների վերջնական հատակագծերը կհրապարակվեն մինչև դեկտեմբերի 10-ը:
Բազմաբնակարան-բազմաֆունկցիոնալ շենքը լինելու է մոնոլիտ-երկաթբետոնյա: Այն ունենալու է 14 բնակելի հարկ, ինչպես նաև ստորգետնյա ավտոկայանատեղեր և հասարակական սպասարկման տարածքներ: Բնակելի համալիրն ունենալու է ժամանակակից արտաքին լուսավորություն, իսկ շենքի հարակից տարածքն ամբողջությամբ բարեկարգվելու է, նորացվելու են կոմունիկացիոն համակարգերը, կառուցվելու են մանկական խաղահրապարակներ և կանաչապատ հանգստի գոտիներ: Բնակարանի մեկ քառակուսի մետրի արժեքը կազմելու է 270-290 հազար ՀՀ դրամ:
