Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության ժամանակ միջազգային վարկային ծրագրերով իրականացվող աշխատանքների առնչությամբ զեկուցվել է, որ դրանք ընթանում են սահմանված ժամանակացույցի համաձայն: Հանձնարարվել է ընթացքն ու հատկապես կատարվող աշխատանքների որակը պահել մշտական վերահսկողության տակ:

Աշխատակազմի արտաքին ձևավորման և գովազդի վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ, ի կատարումն քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարականի, արդեն իսկ պատրաստ է մայրաքաղաքի ամանորյա տոնական ձևավորման նախագիծը: Զեկուցվել է նաև, որ Երևանի արտաքին տեսքի և քաղաքային միջավայրի ուղեցույցի մշակման նպատակով վարչության կողմից ուսումնասիրվում է միջազգային փորձը և համագործակցություն է տարվում մասնագիտացված կազմակերպությունների հետ:
Ընթացիկ աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ զեկուցվել է, որ մայրաքաղաքում շարունակվում է ամենօրյա հսկողությունը ապօրինի շինարարության և հողազավթումների կանխման, բացօթյա ապօրինի առևտրի կանխարգելման, չնախատեսված վայրերում աղբ թափելու դեպքերը հայտնաբերելու նպատակով: Պատասխանատուներին և վարչական շրջանների ղեկավարներին հանձնարարվել է շարունակել խստացված հսկողությունն այս ուղղություններով:
Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ աշխատակազմի հանրակրթության վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ շարունակվում են պարբերական ստուգայցերը քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության մանկապարտեզներում, որոնց ընթացքում ժամկետանց սնունդ և սննդի պահպանման պայմանների խախտման դեպքեր չեն արձանագրվել: Միաժամանակ, զեկուցվել է, որ հիմնանորոգված մանկապարտեզներները կահավորելու նպատակով շարունակվում է անհրաժեշտ գույքի ձեռքբերման գործընթացը։ Հանձնարարվել է այն  պահել մշտական հսկողության ներքո։
Խորհրդակցության ավարտին, անդրադառնալով ձմռան նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներին, պատասխանատուները զեկուցել են, որ շարունակվում են մայրաքաղաքի բազմաբնակարան բնակելի շենքերում առկա խնդիրների գույքագրման աշխատանքները՝ հետզհետո դրանց տալով համապատասխան լուծումներ։ Միաժամանակ, զեկուցվել է, որ քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության դպրոցներում, նախադպրոցական, մշակութային և առողջապահական հաստատություններում ջեռուցման համակարգերի անխափան շահագործման ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքներն ավարտված են, և որ դրանց մեծ մասն արդեն շահագործվում է։
