Արմեն Աշոտյանն Արցախը համաշխարհային գործընթացներում ավելի շատ ներգրավելու անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում

Արցախի Հանրապետության միջազգային ճանաչումը Հայաստանի գլխավոր նպատակներից մեկն է: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

«Ինչպե՞ս հասնել դրան: Իհարկե, ամենալավ ճանապարհը կլիներ այն, որ բոլոր պետությունները սկսեին ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը: Բայց ստեղծված բանակցային գործընթացի ձևաչափը դեռ այդ ամենը չի հասունացրել: Ի՞նչ անել այս պահին: Շատ կարևոր մի բան` միջազգայնացնել Արցախը` ըստ ճյուղերի, ոլորտների, ինստիտուտների, ներառել Արցախը տարաբնույթ միջազգային պետական, կառավարական, հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ու ծրագրերի մեջ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ընդգծեց Աշոտյանը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ` միջազգայնացնելով Արցախը` կհեշտացնենք նաև նրա միջազգային ճանաչումը: «Դեռ 2015թ. կրթության ոլորտում նախարարական գագաթնաժողովը Երևանում ընդունեց հռչակագիր և սահմանեց, որ հակամարտության գոտիների քաղաքացիներն ունեն կրթաթոշակ ստանալու, սովորելու, դիպլոմների ճանաչման  նույն իրավունքները: Վերջերս բնապահպանական ոլորտում այդ իրավունքները շեշտվեցին Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում: Մենք պետք է օգտվենք մարդու իրավունքների համընդհանուր հռչակագրի կողմից տրված բազայից և կարողանանք սեկտորալ ճյուղերի միջոցով ներառել Արցախը համաշխարհային գործընթացների մեջ»,- եզրափակեց Աշոտյանը:
