Վիետնամում ընթացող Ասիական-խաղաղօվկիանոսյան տնտեաական համագործակցության գագաթաժողովի շրջանակներում ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ երկկողմ ֆորմատով չկայացած հանդիպման պատճառն արարողակարգային թերություններն էին: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, հայտնում է Interfax-ը:
Ռուսաստանի նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ հանդիպումը տեղի չի ունեցել իր եւ Թրմափի աշխատանքային գրաֆիկների պատճառով, քանի որ դրանք չեն համընկել: «Ինչպես նաեւ արարողակարգի որոշակի խնդիրներով, որոնք մեր թիմերը, ցավոք, չկարողացան լուծել: Դրա համար կպատժվեն», - հայտարարել է Պուտինը՝ նշելով, որ որեւէ ողբերկագան բան տեղի չի ունեցել:
Միեւնույն ժամանակ նա նշել է, որ նիստի ժամանակ է շփվել Թրամփի հետ: «Մենք խոսել են այսօրվա նիստի ժամանակ, շփցեցինք ընդհանուր առմամբ, այն ինչ ցանկանում էինք, քննակեցինք», - ասել է Պուտինը՝ նշելով, որ քննարկումները վերաբերել են գագաթաժողովի հիմնական թեմաները. «Ինչպես օգտագործել թվային տնտեսության նոր հնարավորությունները տնտեսական կապերի զարգացման համար»:
Միեւնուն ժամանակ Bloomberg-ը է, որ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի եւ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի կարճ հանդիպման ժամանակ Հյուսիսային Կորեայի հարցը չի քննարկվել: «Ես Պուտինի հետ չեմ քննարկել Հյուսիսային Կորեայի հարցը»,-ասել է Թրամփը:
Իր հերթին, ՌԴ նախագահը Թրամփի հետ շփումը հաջողված է անվանել. «Քննարկեցինք ամեն ինչ, բայց դա քիչ է: Պետք է հնարավորություն գտնել, նստել ու մանրամասն զրուցել»,-ասել է Պուտինը:
Պուտինը եւս մեկ անգամ անդրադարձել է Թրամփի հետ նախատեսված հանդիպումն չկայանալու խնդրին եւ նշել, որ հիմնական պատճառը 2 երկրների միջեւ ձգձգվող ճգնաժամն է: «Դա խոսում է այն մասին, որ Ռուսաստանի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի հարաբերությունները դեռ դուրս չեն եկել ճգնաժամային վիճակից: Մենք պատրաստ ենք շրջել այդ էջը եւ առաջ ընթանալ, նայել ապագային, լուծել խնդիրները, որոնցով հետաքրքրված են ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Ռուսաստանի ժողովուրդները», - ասել է նա:
