Ձերբակալություններ Ջավախքում. մարդիկ բողոքում են կասկածելի հաստատությունների դեմ

Ախալցխայում թուրքական սրճարանում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի պատճառով ձերբակալված երիտասարդների բարեկամներն ու ծանոթները նոյեմբերի 10-ին բողոքի ցույց էին կազմակերպել:
Ինչպես հայտնում է jnews.ge-ն, նրանք պահանջում են փակել նման հաստատությունները, որոնք նպաստում են մարմնավաճառությանը: «Տավառնի» կայարանումում գտնվող թուրքական սրճարանի մոտ հավաքվել էին տասնյակ մարդիկ: Բողոքողները ասում են, որ քաղաքում նման հաստատություններ շատ կան, որտեղ զբաղվում են ոչ թե բիզնեսով, այլ մարմնավաճառությամբ:
«Մենք ուզում ենք, որ այդպիսի բարերը փակվեն, մեր երեխաներն ու ապագա սերունդը մեծանում է: Չի կարելի այս բոլոր «հասարակաց տները» բարեր անվանել», – ասում է բողոքի մասնակիցը:
Նոյեմբերի 10-ի երեկոյան տասնյակ ավտոմեքեններ ազդանշաններ տալով երթևեկում էին Ախալցխայում, ի նշան բողոքի:
Հատկանշական է, որ Սամցխե-Ջավախքի Ախալցիխե քաղաքի ոստիկանության բաժնի աշխատակիցները օպերատիվ-քննչական գործողության հետևանքով ձերբակալել են 1958 թ.-ին ծնված Մ.Ի-ին, մարմնավաճառությամբ զբաղվելու տեղ տրամադրելու մեղադրանքով:
Ըստ Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ի տեղեկատվության, պարզվել է, որ մեղադրյալը թուրքական բարում, որը ժամանակավոր գտնվում է իր տիրապետման տակ, որոշ ժամանակով գումարի դիմաց տեղ է տրամադրել մարմնավաճառությամբ զբաղվելու համար:
Ոստիկանության բաժնի աշխատակիցները որպես վկաների հարցաքննել են բարի աշխատողներին: Հետաքննությունը իրականացվում Վրաստանի քրեական օրենսգրքի 254-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն, որը նշանակում է «Մարմնավաճառության համար տեղի տրամադրում»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ախալցխայում ձերբակալվել են չորս երիտասարդներ: Նրանք մեղադրվում են ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներին չհնազանդվելու համար, նրանցից երեքը՝ նաև խուլիգանության մեջ, «տավառնի» կայանի սրճարանում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի դեպքով:
