Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետը վարչապետին է ներկայացրել հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքը

ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում օգոստոսի 25-ին տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ներկայացված հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքը նոյեմբերի 10-ին վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին է ներկայացրել Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, անդրադառնալով գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտին՝ մարզպետ Բոթոյանը նշել է, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում ձևավորվում է նոր մշակույթ. արդեն հիմնվել են կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգով գործող ծիրանի այգիներ, տարածում է ստանում բրոկոլիի մշակությունը, և շարունակական քայլեր են իրականացվում ծավալներն ավելացնելու ուղղությամբ: Լիզինգի պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում 2017թ. մարզին տրամադրվել է 21 միավոր գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա: Աշխատանք է տարվում մարզում ինտենսիվ այգիներ հիմնելու, հակակարկտային ցանցեր և կաթիլային ոռոգում անցկացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Խոսելով ներդրումային ծրագրերի մասին՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարություն է ներկայացվել 32 ներդրումային ծրագիր: Հավանության է արժանացել 6-ը, որից ֆինանսավորում է ստացել 2-ը:

Ըստ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի՝ հստակ աշխատանք է կատարվել մարզի համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման ծավալն ավելացնելու ուղղությամբ: Կարեն Բոթոյանը զեկուցել է, որ 2017 թ. սեփական եկամուտները 13.5 տոկոսով ավելին են պլանավորած 2016 թ. նկատմամբ: Նախորդ տարվա հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ կատարողականը կազմել է 104.8 տոկոս, այսինքն՝ 211 մլն դրամ ավելի է հավաքագրվել:

Աղբահանության ոլորտում արձանագրվել են հետևյալ ցուցանիշները. ուսումնասիրվել և քարտեզագրվել են 138 աղբավայր և աղբակույտ, որից  փակվել է 100 աղբավայր, փակման ենթակա է 9 աղբավայր։ 2017 թ. սեպտեմբեր-հոկտեմբերին աղբահանության ոլորտում կնքված պայմանագրերի թիվն աճել է 101 տոկոսով՝ 858-ից հասնելով 1760-ի: Ֆիզիկական անձանց պարագայում հավաքագրման մակարդակը հասել է 80 տոկոսի: Վարչապետը, նշելով դրական առաջընթացը, այդուհանդերձ, աղբահանության արդյունքները բավարար չի համարել, և որոշվել է կարճ ժամանակ անց կրկին անդրադառնալ այդ հարցին:

2017 թ. ընթացքում Գեղարքունիքի մարզում տարբեր ոլորտներում իրականացվել է 9 մլրդ դրամի շինարարություն:
