ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստը քվորում չլինելու պատճառով հետաձգվեց

Ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստը չկայացավ քվորում չլինելու պատճառով: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ, ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Ալիկ Սարգսյանը հայտարարեց, որ նիստը հետաձգվում է, քանի որ հանձնաժողովի անդամների մեծ մասը նիստին չեն ներկայացել, ուստի այն չի կարող մեկնարկել: «Ես ստիպված եմ նիստը հետաձգել մինչև նոյեմբերի 13-ը, ժամը 11:00-ն: Օրակարգը չի փոխվում, քննարկելու ենք նույն հարցերը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝է նշեց Սարգսյանը:

Ազգային ժողովի Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նոյեմբերի 10-ի նիստի օրակարգում էին պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացրած նախաձեռնությունները՝ «Պաշտպանության մասին»  և «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի նախագծերը:

Նիստի օրակարգում էր նաև Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Գալուստ Սահակյանի, Կարինե Աճեմյանի, Վահե Էնֆիաջյանի, Արտակ Զաքարյանի և Արտակ Զեյնալյանի ներկայացրած օրենքի նախագիծը «Սահմանված կարգի խախտմամբ պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայություն չանցած քաղաքացիների մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ: Պատգամավորներն առաջարկում են երկարաձգել զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափած անձանց գումարի դիմաց քրեական պատասխանատվությունից ազատելու հնարավորություն տվող օրենքի գործողության ժամկետը: Պաշտպանության նախարարությունն առաջարկել էր շեշտակի բարձրացնել գումարի չափը, որը զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափած անձանց հնարավորություն կտա ազատվել քրեական պատասխանատվությունից՝ հասցնելով այն 9 միլիոն դրամի: ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարինե Աճեմյանը, սակայն, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ ՊՆ առաջարկները չեն ընդունվել և նախագծի լրամշակված տարբերակում ներառված չեն:
