Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը ուղերձ է հղել Տեղական ինքնակառավարման օրվա առթիվ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից: Ուղերձում ասվում է.
«Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների հարգելի աշխատակիցներ,
ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ` Տեղական ինքնակառավարման օրվա առթիվ:
Ավելի քան երկու տասնամյակ է, ինչ Հայաստանում ձևավորվել է տեղական ինքնակառավարման համակարգը, որն այդ տարիների ընթացքում հասցրել է ոչ միայն կայանալ, այլ դառնալ նաև մեր պետության կառավարման կարևոր բաղկացուցիչներից մեկը: Լինելով քաղաքացի-պետություն կապն ապահովող առաջնային օղակ` տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններն ամեն օր են առնչվում քաղաքացիներին հուզող տարատեսակ խնդիրներին, ՏԻՄ աշխատակիցներն էլ մշտապես կանգնած են քաղաքացու կողքին, տեղյակ են նրա հոգսերին ու միշտ պատրաստակամ են ցուցաբերել անհրաժեշտ օգնությունն ու աջակցությունը, ինչը նպաստել է ՏԻՄ-երի նկատմամբ քաղաքացիների վստահության շարունակական աճին: Եվ սա, վստահաբար, այս համակարգի ամենամեծ ձեռքբերումն է, որը պետք է պահպանել և էլ ավելի կատարելագործել:
Անհերքելի ճշմարտություն է, որ ժողովրդավարական ցանկացած պետություն նախ և առաջ ուժեղ է իր կայացած համայնքներով, ինչն իր հերթին ապահովում է երկրի կայուն զարգացումը: Այս համատեքստում անչափ կարևոր է, որ ՏԻՄ-երի կողմից լիարժեք ապահովվի նաև համայնքների համար կարևորագույն որոշումների կայացման և իրականացման հարցում բնակիչների ակտիվ ու անմիջական մասնակցությունը: Եվ նկատի առնելով, որ այս ուղղությամբ արդեն իսկ ունենք շոշափելի առաջընթաց, ես համոզված եմ, որ մեր քաղաքացիների հետ համատեղ, փոխադարձ հարգանքով ու վստահությամբ ՏԻՄ-երի աշխատանքը կդարձնենք էլ ավելի թափանցիկ և կապահովենք մասնակցային կառավարման ավելի լայն դաշտ:

մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորելով տոնի առթիվ, բոլորիդ մաղթում եմ անձնական և աշխատանքային նորանոր հաջողություններ: Վստա՛հ եմ, որ նույն նվիրումով ու պատասխանատվությամբ շարունակելու եք աշխատել՝ նպաստելով թե՛ համակարգի կատարելագործմանը, թե՛ մեր բնակիչների հոգսերի թեթևացմանը և թե՛ մեր պետության կայուն զարգացմանը»:
