Երևանի զարգացման 2018թ. ծրագրի, բյուջեի և տեղական տուրքերի դրույքաչափերը սահմանելու մասին Երևանի ավագանու որոշման նախագծերը կներկայացվեն հանրային քննարկման

Երևանի քաղաքապետին կից Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքի զարգացման հնգամյա ծրագրի և տարեկան բյուջեի կառավարման խորհրդի հերթական նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են «Երևանի զարգացման 2018 թվականի ծրագրի», «Երևան քաղաքի 2018 թվականի բյուջեի», «Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքում տեղական տուրքերի 2018 թվականի դրույքաչափերը սահմանելու մասին», ինչպես նաև տեղական վճարների դրույքաչափերի և տեղական վճարների գծով արտոնությունների սահմանման մասին որոշ որոշումներ ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու վերաբերյալ Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու որոշման նախագծերը հանրային քննարկման ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ հարցերը:
Քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը, աշխատակազմի եկամուտների հաշվառման և գանձման վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանն ու զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը համառոտ ներկայացրել են նախագծերն ու առանձնացրել հիմնական շեշտադրումները:
«Կարևորելով վարչական շրջանների համաչափ զարգացման սկզբունքը՝ 2018 թվականին ևս կպահպանվեն մեր կողմից առաջնահերթություն դիտարկված ծրագրերը, մասնավորապես՝ ճանապարհների կառուցման ծրագրի շարունակականության ապահովումը, էներգախնայողության բարձրացմանը միտված միջոցառումները, այդ թվում արտաքին լուսավորության ցանցի արդիականացումը, ինչպես նաև նոր աղբավայրի կառուցումը և մի շարք այլ ծրագրեր: Հաշվի առնելով, որ օրենքում վճարների տեսակների առումով որոշակի փոփոխություններ են կատարվել և որ, մասնավորապես, համայնքի կողմից մատուցվող ծառայությունների համար պետք է սահմանել տեղական վճարներ, մեր կողմից ևս, օրենքի պահանջին համապատասխան, ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ քայլեր: Անդրադառնալով կրթամշակութային օջախներին` պետք է նշեմ, որ, հաշվի առնելով առկա իրավիճակը, նախատեսում ենք բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում ծառայությունների համար սահմանել ընդհանուր միասնական վճար: Ներկայացված նախագծերով նախատեսվել են, իհարկե, նաև որոշակի արտոնություններ», - ընդգծել է Վահե Նիկոյանը:
Այնուհետ քաղաքապետի տեղակալը մանրամասն պատասխանել է նախագծերին առնչվող խորհրդի անդամների հարցերին ու լսել նրանց առաջարկները: Օրակարգում ներառված 5 նախագծերը խորհրդի անդամների միաձայն կողմ քվեարկությամբ կներկայացվեն հանրային քննարկման:
