ՀՄԿ փորձագետները մաքսային աշխատակիցների հետ քննարկել են ապրանքների դասակարգման վերաբերյալ հարցեր

 Համաշխարհային մաքսային կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ և Ճապոնիայի մաքսային համագործակցության ֆոնդի ֆինանսավորմամբ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի ուսումնական կենտրոնում տեղի է ունեցել աշխատաժողով՝ «Ներդաշնակ համակարգի գործնական կիրառում» խորագրով, որի նպատակը Հայաստանի մաքսային ծառայության աշխատակիցների շրջանում սակագնային դասակարգման կարողությունների բարձրացումն է: Աշխատաժողովի ընթացքում Համաշխարհային մաքսային կազմակերպության կողմից հավատարմագրված փորձագետները հայ գործընկերների հետ քննարկել են ներդաշնակ համակարգի հիմունքների և ապրանքների դասակարգման հիմնական կանոնների վերաբերյալ հարցեր՝ հնարավորություն ընձեռելով մաքսային ծառայողներին, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, օրենսդրության շրջանակում հիմնավորելու իրենց դասակարգման որոշումները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ապրանքների դասակարգման ներդաշնակ համակարգը կիրառվում է ողջ աշխարհում, իսկ նմանօրինակ աշխատաժողովների անցկացումը, ՊԵԿ մաքսային հսկողության վարչության պետ Գևորգ Սաղոյանի խոսքով, 21-րդ դարում անհրաժեշտություն է. «Քանի որ այսօրվա բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների դարաշրջանում պարբերաբար նոր ապրանքներ են ի հայտ գալիս, հետևաբար ժամանակ առ ժամանակ նոր դասակարգման ծածկագրերի անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում»: Աշխատաժողովի ավարտին մասնակիցներին հանձնվել են վկայականներ:
