Ինչո՞ւ են փակ ԵՊՀ-ի դռները. բողոքող ուսանողների հարցը՝ ԿԳ նախարարին

Ինչո՞վ են պայմանավորված համալսարաններում ուսանողների` բողոքի ակցիային միանալու հետ կապված խոչընդոտները՝ համալսարանի դռները փակ են ու սա դարձել է ավանդույթ: Այս հարն ուղղեցին տարկետման իրավունքի սահմանափակման դեմ բողոքող եւ դասադուլ հայտարարած ուսանողները Կրթության եւ գիտության նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
Կրթության և գիտության նախարարը հարցին ի պատասխան, օրինակ բերեց, որ Գյուղատնտեսական ակադեմիայի, Ճարտարագիտական համալսարանում նման խնդիր չի եղել և ինքը խոսել է ռեկտորների հետ: Նա նաեւ նշեց, որ ուսանողները դասընթացի մեջ են, եւ հարց ուղղեց՝ դուք գտնում եք, որ այն պետք է ընդհատվի՞:
«Խոսքն այն մասին է, երբ մենք ունենք մի վիճակ, երբ ուսանողության 90 տոկոսը զորակոչվում է բանակ և կատարում է իր պարտքը հայրենիքի հանդեպ և դա մեր երկրի անվտանգության բաղկացուցիչն է, և «Պատիվ ունեմ» ծրագրով ենթադրում է փաթեթ, որով առաջարկվում է վերականգնել պահեստազորի սպայի հասկացությունը»,-ասաց նա և հարց բարձրացրեց, թե հայրենիքի հանդեպ պարտականությունը բոլորի՞ համար է, թե՞ ոչ:
Ուսանողներից մեկը նշեց, որ նախարարին չեն վստահում, իսկ նախարարը արձագանքեց` «դա ձեր խնդիրն է»: Ուսանողները ասացին, իրենց կոչերին արձագանք չի տրվել և այսօր բարձրացրած հարցերը հրատապ լուծում են պահանջում, ինչը կօգնի ստեղծել վստահության մթնոլորտ:
Լեւնոր Մկրտչյանը չհամաձայնեց ունսանողների այն փաստարկի հետ, որ տարկետման իրավունքի սահմանափակումը հարված է գիտությանը: «Վերջին 4-5 տարիներին գիտությունների թեկնածուի աստիճանով քաղաքացիներից գիտության մեջ մնացել է 15-17 տոկոսը, որը միջազգային որևէ չափանիշի մեջ չի ներառվում: Այսինքն՝ սա նշանակում է, որ կոռուպցիոն մեծ ռիսկ ենք կուտակել»,- ասաց նա և նշեց, որ կա սոցիալական արդարության խնդիր:
