«Վանաձոր Քիմպրոմ»-ը, ինչպես հայտնի է, գտնվում է լուծարման ու ապամոնտաժման փուլում, մինչդեռ գործարանում առկա քիմիական բազմաթիվ նյութեր լուրջ վտանգ են պարունակում վանաձորցիների համար: Գործարանում պահպանություն չի իրականացվում, քիմիական նյութերի պահման պայմանները առավել քան վտանգավոր ու անթույլատրելի են` վթարային ազդանշանի համակարգը գործարանում անջատված է:

«Վանաձոր Քիմպրոմ»-ում ամենավտանգավորը թերես գործարանում առկա մոտ 94տ հեղուկ ամոնիակն է եւ մոտ 4,25տ ամոնիակաջուրը, որոնք պահպանվում են նոր պահեստարանի 6 բաքերում:

Ժամանակի ընթացաքում ամոնիակի պահպանման բաքերը, խողովակները և սարքավորումները քայքայվել են: Պահեստարանում սպասարկման աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացվում:

Լոռու մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ շոգ եղանակներին հեղուկ ամոնիակը տաքանալու հետևանքով սկսում է գոլորշիանալ, ապա բաքերում ճնշումը մեծանում է եւ կարող է վթարի պատճառ հանդիսանալ.«Նախկինում եղել է հսկողություն բաքերում ճնշման նկատմամբ և դրա բարձրացման ժամանակ գոլորշին ուղղորդվել է դեպի ամոնիակաջուր պարունակող բաք: Քանի որ պահեստարանում էլեկտրասնուցում չկա, ապա չի գործում նաև վթարային` վերգետնյա բաքերից մեկի վնասման դեպքում պահեստարանի տակ գտնվող ստորգետնյա պահեստային բաք ամոնիակի արտահոսքն ապահովող ավտոմատ համակարգը»:

Մասնագետնմերից կազմված խումբը ուսումնասիրություններ է իրականացրել գործարանի տարածքում, ներկա ու սպասվելիք վտանգների մասին տեղյակ են բոլոր կառույցներում, սակայն խնդրին վերջնական լուծում տալ եւ աղետը կանխել` չի շտապում եւ ոչ ոք:

«Նախ պարզ չէ, թե որ բաքում ինչքան ամոնյակ կա: Մենք միայն գիտենք, որ 6 բաքերում կա 94 տոննա ամոնյակ, եթե անգամ բաքերից մեկից արտահոսք լինի` քիմիական վտանգավոր նյութերից մասսայական թունավորումներ կլինեն»,-ասում է Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը ու հավելում, որ ամոնյակի պահպանման ներկայիս պայմանները չեն համապատասխանում անհրաժեշտ չափանիշներին. «Լուծումը հետեւյալն է` կամ պետք է պահպանման համակարգ, էլեկտրասնուցում ու սպասարկող համակարգ, կամ` տեղափոխում, սակայն Հայաստանը չունի տրանսպորտային միջոց դրանք տեղափոխելու համար…»:

Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով` իրենք հարցը վերջերս մեկ անգամ եւս բարձրացրել են պատկան մամինների մոտ` հնարավոր լուծումը գտնելու եւ վտանգը կանխելու վերաբերյալ:

Հաջորդ ամենալուրջ ու օրակարգային խնդիրը քիմգործարանում հնարավոր վթարի դեպքում ահազանգի համակարգի բացակայությունն է, ինչն էլ կհանգեցնի աղետին ուշ արձագանքման: Բարձրացված խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի կառավարական մակարդակով:

Հ.Գ. Դեռ 2012թ-ի հունվարի 12-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 09:40-ին, «Վանաձոր Քիմպրոմ»-ի գազի արտադրամասում ամոնիակի տարայի պայթյունի հետևանքով արտադրամասի ապարատավար, 1990 թ. ծնված Դ. Ասատրյանը ստացած վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել էր, եւս 3 աշատակից տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին հիվանդանոց: Այդ ժամանակ գործարանը հսկվում էր, ազդարարման համակարգը` գործում: Այսօր արդեն, փաստացի կա ռեալ պայթելու վտանգ, որի մասին գիտեն բոլորը:
