ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովը խորհրդարանական լսումներ կանցկացնի ՀՀ-ԵՄ համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ

Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովը դեկտեմբերի 1-ին Հայաստան-Եվրոպական Միություն շրջանակային նոր համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանական լսումներ անցկացնելու որոշում ընդունեց: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նման որոշում ընդունվեց հանձնաժողովի` նոյեմբերի 8-ին կայացած նիստի ընթացքում:
Նիստի մեկնարկին ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանն ասաց, որ նպատակահարմար կլինի համաձայնագրի ենթադրյալ ստորագրումից մեկ շաբաթ անց խորհրդարանական լսումներ անցկացնել` թարմ հետքերով քննարկելու փաստաթուղթը: «Իհարկե, մի կողմից կարող ենք ասել, որ ստորագրումից հետո փաստաթուղթը պետք է համապատասխան ընթացքով շրջանառության ենթարկվի Սահմանադրական դատարանի, այլ մարմինների կողմից, նոր միայն առաքվի Ազգային ժողով քննարկումների: Բնական է, որ այդ գործընթացը ևս տեղի կունենա: Մեր լսումներն ունենալու են բովանդակային կարևորություն, և վստահ եմ, որ այդ փաստաթղթի հանրայնացման օրակարգը առաջին լսումներով չի սահմանափակվելու»,- ասաց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Նա առաջարկեց դեկտեմբերի 1-ին կայանալիք լսումներին հրավիրել Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված ԵՄ անդամ երկրների դեսպաններին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավարին, փորձագիտական և հասարակական սեկտորի ներկայացուցիչների, այսինքն՝ ապահովելով առավելագույն մեծ շրջանակ:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ ճիշտ են համարում դիմել Եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովին՝ լսումները համատեղ անցկացնելու առաջարկով: «Մեր և նրանց մանդատներն այս հարցում համադրվում են, և կարծում եմ՝ ճիշտ կլինի, եթե երկու հանձնաժողովները միասնական որոշում կայացնեն»,- նշեց Աշոտյանը:
«Կոնրադ Ադենաուեր» հիմնադրամը համաձայնել է աջակցել այս լսումների կայացմանը: Հաշվի առնելով, որ լսումներին մեծաթիվ հանրույթ է հրավիրվելու՝ կարիք է լինելու առնվազն երկու լեզվով թարգմանությունների, տեխնիկական բնույթի այլ աջակցության:
ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանը համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրումից հետո իր աշխատանքը կատարել է ամբողջությամբ: Եվրոպական երկրներում ևս բուռն աշխատանքներ են տարվում տեխնիկական խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ:
Հայաստանը ելնում է այն հանգամանքից, որ նոյեմբերի 24-ին Եվրոպական Միության հետ համաձայնագիրը կստորագրվի:
Հանձնաժողովի անդամները միաձայն կողմ քվեարկեցին խորհրդարանական լսումներ անցկացնելու որոշմանը:
