Նոր օրենքով կխթանեն կինոարտադրությունը

Հայաստանում լուրջ քայլեր են իրականացվում կինոարտադրությունը խթանելու ուղղությամբ: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2018թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանը: «Արդեն կառավարություն ենք ուղարկել «Կինոյի մասին» օրենքը, որի քննարկումները մասնագետների հետ շարունակվում են: Օրենքով մենք որոշակի արտոնություններ ենք նախատեսում արտասահմանյան կինոարտադրողների համար թե ֆինանսական, թե ծառայությունների մատուցման:
Մենք սրանով ցանկանում ենք խթանել արտասահմանյան կինոարտադրողներին գալ և Հայաստանում ֆիլմեր նկարահանել»,- Past.am -ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց նախարարը:
Նա հավելեց, որ օրենքով նախատեսում են նաև ֆիլմերի արտադրության որոշակի բիզնես մոդելների ներդրում: «Այսօր Հայաստանում կան տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և անիմացիայի ոլորտի հրաշալի մասնագետներ, որոնք եվրոպական և ամերիկյան ֆիլմարտադրության համար պատրաստում են վիզուալ էֆեկտներ: Մեր հանրությունը տեղյակ չէ դրա մասին, քանի որ այդ ընկերություններն աշխատում են միջնորդավորված՝ եվրոպական ընկերությունների միջոցով:
Մենք ցանկանում ենք ստեղծել վիզուալ քաղաք, որտեղ Հայաստանում գործող բոլոր ընկերությունները, որոնք զբաղված են վիզուալ էֆեկտների պատրաստմամբ, ինչպես նաև ձայնի մշակման աշխատանքներով, կտեղ կգտնեն և հնարավորություն կունենան աշխատել ուղիղ ֆիլմ արտադրողների հետ»,- ընդգծեց Ամիրյանը Նրա խոսքով՝ այս քայլերն ուղղակիորեն կնպաստեն Հայաստանում կինոարտադրության զարգացմանը: «Մենք սրանով ոչ միայն հնարավորություն կունենանք արտասահմանյան կինոարտադրողներին Հայաստան հրավիրել, որպեսզի մեզ մոտ ֆիլմեր նկարահանեն, այլ կզարգացնենք ենթակառուցվածքները, ինչը միանշանակ կնպաստի կինոարտադրության զարգացմանը»,- եզրափակեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարը:
