Հրազդանում կնոջ եւ տղամարդու դաժան սպանության գործով կա մեղադրյալ:

Ըստ Shamshyan.com-ի՝  Հրազդանի բնակիչ 32-ամյա Լյուդվիգ Հակոբյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին հատկանիշներով: Հակոբյանը նախկինում մի քանի անգամ դատապարտված է եղել: Տեղեկություններ կան, որ նրա հետ եղել է նաեւ ազգականը, որի մասնակցությունը կատարված սպանություններին ճշտվում է:

Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրության՝ սեպտեմբերի 20-ին հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ սեպտեմբերի 18-ին ժամը 16։00-ի սահմաններում Հրազդանի բնակիչուհի Վարդուհի Սիմոնյանը դուրս է եկել իրենց տանից և նրա գտնվելու վայրի մասին որևէ տեղեկություն չունեն:

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նրա հեռախոսը սեպտեմբերի 20-ին՝ ժամը 10։00-ի սահմաններում, հայտնաբերվել է Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի 20.5 կմ հատվածում` օտարերկրյա քաղաքացու կողմից: Սեպտեմբերի 28-ին հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ կնոջը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Օրեր անց՝ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին, հաղորդում է ստացվել Հրազդանի մեկ այլ բնակչի՝ Սամվել Ալիխանյանի անհետ կորելու վերաբերյալ։ Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, և նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ անհետ կորած համարվող Հրազդանի երկու բնակիչները ճանաչում են միմյանց, և վերջին անգամ նրանց տեսել են միասին։

Հարուցված երկու քրեական գործերը միացվել են մեկ վարույթում և իրականացվել մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ նրանց կորելու հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Արդյունքում՝ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Հրազդանի բնակչիները դարձել են սպանության զոհ, պարզվել է դեպքի վայրը, փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել՝ դիակների գտնվելու վայրի մասին։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ նրանք սպանվել են Հրազդան քաղաքում՝ նույն քաղաքի մեկ այլ բնակչի առանձնատանը, որից հետո դիակները տեղափոխել են և թաքցվել Երևան-Սևան ավտոճանապարհի մոտ գտվող գազալցակայանի հարևանությամբ՝ դաշտային տարածքում, որտեղ էլ այսօր հայտնաբերվել է նրանց մարմինները։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական փոձաքննություններ։
