«Ուրիշ տեղից եկած ղեկավարը իր գյուղի համար կմտածի, ոչ թե մեր գյուղի». գյուղացիների մտահոգությունները համայնքների խոշորացման ծրագրի վերաբերյալ

Վայոց Ձորի մարզի բնակիչները Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում անդրադարձել են համայնքների խոշորացման արդյունավետությանը:

Արենի համայնքի բնակիչներից Խաչիկ Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ ինքը դեմ է այդ ծրագրին, քանի որ նախկինում յուրաքանչյուր գյուղ իր ճանաչած մարդուն էր ընտրում գյուղապետ: «Սա միջգյուղային թշնամություն առաջացնելու երևույթ է: Հիմա 7-8 ութ գյուղ հավաքել են մի տեղ, ո՛չ ճանաչում են, ո՛չ գիտեն ում են ընտրել»,-ասաց նա:

Գյուղացիներից Սենեքհերիմյան Սենեքհերիմը ևս դեմ արտահայտվեց համայնքների խոշորացմանը: «Ուրիշ տեղից եկած ղեկավարը իր գյուղի համար կմտածի, ոչ թե մեր գյուղի համար, մենք ուզում ենք, որ մեր համայնքից լինի ղեկավարը, մեր համայնքն աշխատող է, մարդասեր է»,-ասաց նա`նշելով, որ հարևան գյուղի նկատմամբ ոչ մի բացասական վերաբերմունք չկա, պարզապես բարեկարգման համար նախատեսված գումարով համայնքի ղեկավարն իրենց գյուղը կբարեկարգի, ոչ թե հարևան գյուղը: Նա նաև մտահոգություն հայտնեց, որ համայնքների խոշորացման արդյունքում աշխատատեղեր են կրճատվում։

Գյուղացիներից Դեղձանիկ Պետրոսյանը համայնքների խոշորացումը խնդրահարույց համարեց, սակայն նշեց, որ գյուղը շատ խնդիրներ ունի, նույնիսկ մանկապարտեզ չկա և անհրաժեշտ է, որ աշխատատեղեր ստեղծվեն: «Ժողովուրդն ամբողջ տարվա մեջ մի երկու ամիս հողի վրա աշխատում է, մնացած ժամանակ պարապ է»,-ասաց նա:

Բնակիչներից Ռաֆիկ Սիմոնյանը նշեց, որ խիստ բացասական է վերաբերում համայնքների խոշորացմանը:  «Ամեն գյուղ թող իր գյուղի խնդիրներն ինքը լուծի։ Չեմ կարծում, որ այսպես երկար կտևի: Ինձ թվում է` չի արդարացնի այս ծրագիրը, կցրեն նորից հին ձևով, և ամեն գյուղ իր ղեկավարին կընտրի»,-ասաց նա:

Ըստ նրա` այս ծրագրում դրական ոչ մի բան չկա, գյուղերի միջև հակասություն է այն առաջացնում: «Ամեն գյուղ իր նեղ համայնքային հարցերն ունի, այլ գյուղի բնակիչը չի կարող դա իմանալ: Չի կարող մեր գյուղում նստած ղեկավարը լիարժեք մտածել Ագարակաձորի մասին: Ներգյուղական նացիոնալիզմը նման մի բան է առաջացնում»,-ասաց նա:

Գյուղացիներից Մկրտիչ Աղաջանյանը ևս կարծում է, որ խոշորացման ծրագիրը արդյունավետ չէ, և ավելի լավ կլիներ, եթե ամեն գյուղ իր գյուղապետն ունենար: Չնայած դրան` նա չի կարծում, որ համայնքապետը կարող է աչքաթող անել հարևան գյուղերը: «Եթե կարգին, ազնիվ աշխատող լինի, ինձ թվում է` տարբերություն չի դնի»,-ասաց նա և առաջնային համարեց գյուղատնտեսական խնդիրները, գյուղի բարեկարգումը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Արենի համայնքում տեղի ունեցած ընտրություններում հաղթել է Ռինդ գյուղի գյուղապետ, ՀՀԿ-ական Հուսիկ Սահակյանը:

Արենի համայնքում միավորվել է թվով 9 բնակավայր՝ Արենին, Ագարակաձորը, Աղավնաձորը, Արփին, Գնիշիկը, Ելփին, Խաչիկը, Չիվան և Ռինդը:
